Wonderful stay! We had a group of 10 stay for 6 nights and had plenty of room! No exaggeration, we were literally steps away from the sand to the beach. Owners were available and greeted us soon after we arrived. Pool was very refreshing and clean. Great sunsets from the rooftop! Would stay here again.

11 of us stayed and had a very great time. Right at the beach with two patios with sunrise & sunset views. Very comfortable place. Set up to accommodate large groups. Even has 2 fridge/freezer in kitchen. Grill was not working but was schedule to be replaced this week. We all very much enjoyed.

We had an amazing time and the space was perfect for our group. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly when we had questions. I highly recommend staying here and you can't beat being footsteps from the beach!

We were happy with the location and the house. We found a friendly host when we arrived. He answered all.our questions and gave us a tour. The place was clean and super comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.. comfortable.

Negative 17 stars. Worst hospitality experience of my life. Read before booking! Place smelled horribly like urine upon arrival. And not just like a kids bathroom. The main living area and kitchen smelled like someone had just urinated on the couch and kitchen floor. I have a weak sense of smell and it was still very strong. It seems likely they would have had someone check or clean the place between guests. If they did, they passed the place to us knowing the significant issue. If they didn't...why didn't they? Still, I get it that things sometimes go wrong, but what really should concern you if you are looking to book is the complete lack of professionalism in attempting to get my issue handled. DO NOT EXPECT QUALITY SUPPORT. No apology for upending our trip in a significant way. No attempt to make things right (that I could see). No responses to any attempts at communication! Upon arrival, we called the host, who was rude and dismissive. "Does it smell like urine everywhere?" Not the point. The host said they would send extra cleaning that first night. We had to find another place to stay at the last minute. The next day I asked for a refund via the VRBO chat. No response. The place still smelled very badly like urine. I asked for a full refund via the VRBO chat. No response. I tried doing the VRBO support on day 3, but my mobile signal was not connecting reliably, so the chats kept timing out. 5 days after check in date (we only had 3 nights booked, so I'm now home), still no response! I call VRBO. They put me on the phone with the management agency who says they will talk to the owner and get back to me via email. That was about 5 or 6 days ago. Still no response. And I've followed up with them twice by email and I tried to call once. It is 10 days since check in date and still no responses! So, I had to spend 85 minutes on the phone with the bank to file a dispute with my credit card company.

My workmates and I were in the area for a company function. Rather than stay in hotels, we chose this location and realized instantly we made the right choice. There were 6 of us staying. The house was plenty big for us, the rooms were nice and we had everything we needed. The deck spaces were a plus and we enjoyed them. The walk to the beach was as advertised...less than a minute on a private path. There were great restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. We hardly drove at all outside of our work function. It would be a location we would stay at again. And the sunsets were amazing, as expected.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Wonderful property owners, everything was so smooth and the house was very clean. We have multiple people from our group ready to book again soon. Perfect for families and literally right on the beach. Convenient for UBER pickups, and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Owners are so friendly, stay couldn't have been better honestly!!

Very musty old smell with old outdated furniture. Had an unforgettable bad moment with the parking, including tickets and being harassed by the other tenants behind us. Still part of the owner’s house we brought the harassment up to him and there was NO reply to the comment. BAD EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER.

This place was great. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Well kept house and very clean. GREAT VIEWS!!! From the decks and roof top. JR and Susan were great, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!. Hope to go back in August and stay at one of the 2 cottages behind the White Sands House. Thanks again JR and Susan we had a great time.

Everything described in the listing was spot on. Great location and within walking distance to everything you need. Away from the resorts but plenty to do around the home. If you’re feeling adventurous, walk 2.65 miles north along the beach to Caladesi Island. Your very own private beach!

Located steps from the beach, and was perfect for our group. Layout of house allows for the ability to relax inside or outside in big or small groups. Walking distance to local restaurants and convenient parking g for 3 cars.
