Family vacation

Wonderful home, notably two dishwashers, two washer dryers, large ice machine, which are all great features for our family. Also, communication with property manager was great as we learned the features of the home.

Great location with elevator

This 3 story home had an elevator, which was essential for my child who is in a wheelchair. We walked across the street to the beach every day. The street is busy but has crosswalks and cars are required to yield to pedestrians. There are tons of dogs along the beach with their owners, of course, and dogs along the main street of Saint Augustine…luckily no dogs are allowed in the house which was good for us who have dog allergies. We were able to walk to gift stores, ice cream parlor is across the street and several different restaurants are all a very short walk from the house. This home sits in between Best Western and Courtyard Marriott. There is an automotive shop right next to the house but they did not bother us at all. You do need to drive to St. Augustine downtown which takes about 25-30 mins… but once you are there you can park in the parking garage and spend the day. Really nice location, clean, ac worked great! 1st floor has washer and dryer and small sitting room… 2nd floor is 4 nice size bedrooms… 3rd floor has 1 bedroom and kitchen and main living room. Elevator was essential for us! Great house

More than expected

Beautiful home, beach is literally a block away, restaurants, supermarkets, are near the house yet there is very little traffic, to me this home is perfect for a large family gathering or getaway, they have ping pong table, floating devices for pool/beach, boogie boards. The house is clean and my wife knows clean. Overall I highly recommend this house, it’s what a Vrbo rental is supposed to be

Amazing Family reunion!

What an incredible time we had. 3 generations all together and it couldn’t have been better. This gorgeous property was perfect for everyone. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The heater was so helpful for those who couldn’t do stairs. The pool was the kids favorite part and we all had our own bedrooms and privacy and enjoyed the short 5 minute walk to the beach. Thank you Michael for being such a gracious host, we so appreciated your quick response and top notch service during our stay. This was a dream vacation!

Daughter's wedding

This home was above amazing for our daughter's wedding week. We stayed here and hosted most of the bridal party in the home. The girls were able to get ready for the wedding here. The home was open, plenty of room, and very nicely located to get to everything. The home added to the already dreamy week.

Couldn’t have asked for a better house!

We had a group come down for a beach trip and the house was perfect. Michael was a great host and made check in/check out very easy. We look forward to returning the house. Could not recommend more.

Fantastic home!

This home exceeded our expectations and was a short, easy walk to the beach. We had enough bedrooms for our family of 10 and enjoyed a private bathroom for each bedroom. The elevator made it possible for my 90 y.o. mother to be with us at each level of the 3 story home. The property manager was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely reserve this property again if head back to St Augustine.

Nice airy home with good finishes

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The spaces were well lit, lots of natural light, the home was clean and had nice finishes. It was easy to get to and get out of. The auto repair next door was a little noisy early in the morning, but there is zero they could do about that (was there before). It was a very easy walk to multiple restaurants and the bus to downtown picks up next door. Overall we would stay here again.

Excellent stay

We loved our stay in the house, and Michael was very receptive and helpful through out the trip. The house very well centrally located and offers stunning views from each room. Every room has a bathroom, and well equipped with towels and linens. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on! Kitchen is well equipped and had all appliances we needed. The house has an elevator, but which stopped working 4 times during our trip. Although Michael came or sent someone to fix it, it did cause inconvenience as we had elderly folks on wheel chair with us. Over all, a great family house to rent! I would highly recommend and will return back :)

Too much fun, thank goodness for the elevator!

We entered a very clean, beach house near to the ocean. It's a great house for a large number of guests because everyone can spread out. The decor is fun, calm beachy and the kitchen is new and bright! Draperies in the living room could help with privacy, but otherwise, it's a very nice home to stay in. The management was very attentive as we were missing a few items. Would recommend it for sure!
