Arriving at the villa one immediately has the feeling of being in a unique place, full of colours, scents and lights.

The large swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 1.40 to 1.50 m deep, open from 1 April to 30 September) is located in a place with a beautiful view and offers several areas where guests can relax: a lounge area by the pool with changing rooms, refrigerator, WC and shower, a gazebo for outdoor dining and a barbecue area.

The 2-level villa has a surface area of 450 m², is elegantly furnished and can accommodate up to 14 persons.
The entrance is on the ground floor and offers access to a spacious living room, from which there is also access to a furnished veranda overlooking the countryside. With a piano, satellite TV, DVD player, fireplace and dining area. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower, while a staircase leads to a separate gallery with a double bed. On another level is a second living room with fireplace and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, juicer and pizza oven) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The sleeping area on the ground floor comprises 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath and shower), one of which opens onto the outside, and a twin bedroom.
Upper floor: accessible from both inside and outside. Large living room with kitchenette (4-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher), fireplace and piano. The villa is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms and living areas) and has Wi-Fi, mosquito nets on all windows and hairdryers in all bathrooms. There is covered parking for three cars. Small pets are allowed only on request. Children's playground.

A welcome basket (light dinner and continental breakfast for the first morning) and a welcome drink are included in the price. 2 hours mid-week cleaning and towel change are included.
