"Great locale, great views "

"Nice area, easy access to lots of places to visit. A lot of bedrooms, great for a group. There are a few upgrades needed but nothing that affected our stay. Would rent here again. Yo let us check in early since we had an early flight. That helped us a lot. "

"This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs. Dining room table was “board game central”!Couches in living room were comfy. As we were five adults it would have been nice to...

"Beautiful setting with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is charming, renovated, updated, clean, and comfortable. Great location for a family gathering to bike, visit the battlefield or visit Shepherdstown. Hosts went above and beyond to be sure we had all we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"BEAUTIFUL HOME! The host was so accommodating and extremely responsive. The home was spacious for our party of seven (adults). The bedrooms, shared spaces, and bathrooms were all nicely decorated (and updated), which gave a chic and modern feel. Parking was extremely convenient (right in front of the house), and the neighborhood was quiet. We found this location convenient, as we made several trips to Maryland & Virginia. I would definitely rent this house again and I highly recommend this...

"We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again."

"Perfect and HUGE!! house. Had everything we needed for just one night. The place was beautiful with many places to keep the family entertained. Spacious rooms and backyard. Just 5 houses away from a 7-11. I would definitely stay here again, our family is very satisfied with everything. "
