pattivk and Jeanine’s lovely house in Sedona has everything you will ever need. They have thought of everything and then some! they have a every appliance under the sun and a well stocked spice pantry! The house has amazing views and a wonderful covered back porch! I have never stayed at a Rental that had owners that were so accommodating and kind! From the sweet complimently snacks they left for us to all the wonderful recommendations for trails and restaurants. This house has everything! Perfect location, plenty of supplies and a well stocked li tray full of books and games! The hot tub is clean and new. If your lucky enough to be able to stay here you won’t regret here. Thank you Patrick and Jeanine for making our stay so wonderful!

We had a great time staying at this lovely home. It really was the perfect home base for a trip to Sedona! Close enough to many great sites and the town but still provided such a calm, peaceful oasis. Being able to soak in the hot tub after a long hike was the best! The owners provided a lot of helpful info before our arrival and then were extremely responsive during our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

This accommodation was perfect for our adult family of 7. Every couple had their own room tastefully decorated and quality bedding. The large kitchen/ great room allowed us to cook dinners and all be together for games and impromptu concerts with the musical instruments provided. Wonderful patio with fire table and a lovely swing. Great to star gaze in the quiet neighborhood. Close to most attractions. Loved!

The house was very nice and gave us the space we needed. The house is located in a part of town that’s not quite as busy but had many good restaurants. The hot tub was a favorite and if we had had a few more days we would have tried out the patio with the fire table and heaters. Not enough time to enjoy all that the house had to offer. Communication and instructions from the owners were excellent.

This was the perfect home and the perfect location for us to stay at between Christmas and New Year’s. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and kitchenwares, and the amenities throughout the house are endless. Everything is exactly as represented in the photos. All of the windows and natural light coming in made for the best daily sunrise and sunset views. Communication with the property owners was excellent. The location in West Sedona was ideal for us - a short drive to lots of restaurants and awesome hiking trail options. Highly recommend this home!

This was the ideal property for a family or a group. The house had everything you would need and more. We never had a reason to contact the homeowner because everything was explained in advance and there were directions to every extra (hot tub, outdoor heaters, tv, etc...). The location was also perfect, not far from downtown but also away from the hustle and bustle- We'll stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating from early check in to late check out!

This is a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood in Sedona, less than 15 minutes from Devil's Bridge, minutes from restaurants and shopping, and surrounded by excellent views of red rocks. This home is so much more than a place to stay, however-- it's a destination in itself, with games, books, hot tub, great outdoor spaces, and a really well provisioned kitchen. We stayed with six people and loved every minute. If we ever return to Sedona, I would love to stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at our VRBO in Sedona! From the moment we arrived, Patrick and Jeannie were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. The property itself was stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The breathtaking views of Sedona’s red rocks were the cherry on top. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Five stars all the way!

We had a group of 5 friends in Sedona for a retreat. The hosts very clearly take excellent care of the property and their guests. There were lovely little surprises in how well appointed the house was - I have never stayed at a VRBO with so many well thought out details. One of us is a baker who let them know she planned to make bread, and they even left out a kitchen scale for that purpose! The house itself is truly as wonderful as the pictures show and closer to everything we wanted to do and see than we anticipated. We did a Sound Healing and massage day in the house and the atmosphere was perfect, with everyone able to alternate between massage and the hot tub. If you’re thinking about a Sedona trip, I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay than here. Thanks for making us feel so welcome in your lovely home! Aloha, The BadAsses

Booked this house for a guys trip to mountain bike the trails in Sedona. The location is perfect for mountain biking or hiking. The house is clean, welcoming and spacious. There were 4 of us and it was great for everyone to have their own room. The hot tub was amazing after biking! We all really appreciated the snacks offered when we checked in. Nice touch and we bright them with us on our bike rides! Overall the house is great and we will be back for sure! Thanks again for being great hosts.

This is a beautiful, clean, and well cared for property. We especially enjoyed sitting out back with the fireplace going. The lovely landscaping and wind chimes added to the peaceful feel of the space. The welcome tray of snacks is a great added touch, as are the vanity areas in each of the bedrooms. The house is well supplied, the furniture and beds are comfortable, and there were lots of extras for everyone to enjoy. The places recommended by the hosts were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect spot for a ladies getaway.
