Great location,iwas worried that the marina would be noisy but that was not the case it was very quite. Had w little bit of a problem withthe lock but called the customer service and they walked me right thru it. The property wasclean n I cely

Our only complaint is that the walls and ceiling are very thin. The people upstairs were up at 5 am every morning walking around and it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling at any moment. Would not recommend a lower level unit.

This was a beautiful home with so much convenience to Seabrook beaches as well as Kiawah Village and more. Very clean and spacious home for my family.

The Villa is so much nicer than the description and photos. Beds are super comfortable. I even ordered the same bed pillows for my house. Location is outstanding with being on the marina. Sunsets were gorgeous. On the last day we drove around to see the Island amenities, private beach for miles! Also, the little nearby town is fantastic. We almost missed it, I’m glad we didn’t.

Great location with lots to do and great places to eat very close by with live outdoor music where the children could play games ..The condo was very accommodating ..And the best part for me was the kitchen that was so well equipped for all my cooking needs..I made changes in my own kitchen when i got home..Nice big rooms all open and clean..It was great to have a grill for steak night..We truly enjoyed our stay..It was beautiful..Thank y'all for having my family..And the children loved the pools..God bless y'all

Room for improvement. This property does not pay for the island amenity package, so we were not able to play golf or take our golf lesson there on the island. No paper products upon arrival to get us started. No sponge or trash bags, so we had to immediately shop after a 14 hour drive. Kitchen sink leaked making a pond in the cabinet underneath, had to call for repair and stop what we were doing to meet the repair man. Storm door on the front door does not latch, patio door was broken, patio door blinds missing panels, exhaust fan didn't work.

The location was great in terms of being close to the marina and shops/restaurants. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. However, every single area of the condo had something broken. Multiple light switches were labeled "broken". The ceiling fans were broken. The kitchen sink leaked and sputtered every time you turned it on. The toaster was broken. The screen door was broken. It honestly became a running joke that any time we tried something in the condo, we knew there was a high chance it would be broken. Overall, we survived. None of these things are absolutely necessary to being in a clean, safe place. However, for the price we paid, I'm 100% certain the owner can afford to fix up the place.

The property was as described and much more! We stayed in one night to cook and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Also you have a restaurant & ice cream shop within walking distance. Seabrook Island Beach is a very short drive away. Majority of the time we were at the condo we were outside simply enjoying the view. Highly recommend this condo!
