House was great and probably the best equipped kitchen I have ever had at a rental. The pots and pans were actually very good and the pantry had a few miscellaneous items most houses don’t have. However, the listing stated two beach chairs and umbrella would be included and supplied at the beach entry by a rental company. We found out that company is no longer able to supply chairs and umbrellas to public beaches. This was disappointing and cost us a bit extra to rent from another company. On a positive note, the house did have a good number of good quality beach chairs that we were able to carry down ourselves. Just not as advertised. I would rent this house again! We enjoyed it!

Easy check in, very nice home, kid friendly neighborhood, easy walk o the beach, pools in the neighborhood, quiet, and best of all, house is all on one level with multiple porches.

This was a lovely property. I stayed with my two teens and we had more than enough space to spread out when we wanted. Cute neighborhood and though the beach access is public it’s not very busy compared to the Santa Rosa beach accesses where they have parking. I appreciate the less crowded beach. The bikes were handy too. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of nice outdoor spaces.

Excellent property! Very clean and stocked! Kitchen is amazing! Beds very comfortable! I wish the property management would have known that this house had many things we didn’t need to bring like beach chairs and a regular coffee pot! Great for families!

Two families shared this comfy property. It is in a perfect location- a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, but also near the activity of Seagrove. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The house is just beautiful! Would definitely rent again if it is available.

This house was immaculate upon arrival, and is in a great location. The neighborhood pools and courts were great, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The outdoor shower was nice, and the numerous porches were a nice way to enjoy the evenings and mornings without bugs. Would definitely stay again!

This is a fantastic home and location. It was the first time we stayed off the beach in Seagrove, and we were surprised at how easy the access was to the beach. The house and screened in porches were great to relax and hang in. Thank you.

This property is even better in person than it appears in pictures. It is clean, updated, and very relaxing. The house is nestled in a wooded lot with several screened in porches, a grill, and play areas outside for the kids. The neighborhood has two close-by pools, a tennis court, and nice walking trails. The location is relatively central and beach access is very convenient either via walking or on bike. It’s also a short bike ride from the Seaside shopping center with great food, shops, and entertainment. The entire process was very smooth and we plan on returning on a regular basis.

We had an amazing time at Sunny’s Place 😃. The house was appointed beautifully - from the comfortable furniture inside & on porches to the lighting to the kitchen appliances (and all the extras - like margarita machine 😉) to the beautiful bathrooms to the bikes & beach chairs and wagon and the umbrella & chairs waiting for us in the beach every day 😃😃😃 you truly thought of everything . We did not want to leave ... our 3 year old granddaughter loved the beach house as much as the beach 😃💗. Honestly wondering if there are special rates for a 2 week rental next year 😉👍🏻 Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with families like ours. ❤️🌴🐚🐠🦀🧜🏼‍♀️🌞 A few minor things - the open shoe bath was not cleaned very well by the drain - which we handled on our own. Also on the site it says you have 3 king beds (which was one of the things I loved ) and it’s 2 kings & a queen ). Otherwise it was perfect in every way 😃

The interior is straight out of a Pottery Barn mag. Beautiful and comfortable. A cook’s dream kitchen. Bosch appliances and spacious. A wonderful layout especially for families. We loved the porches!!!

Beautiful home. Cute from the outside, but when you step in, amazing. They have everything you could possibly want here. Amazing kitchen for when we stayed in for meals. The bathrooms are beautiful with the tile work. I loved the porch off the back bedroom. Perfect spot to drink coffee and read while the house is sleeping. Perfect home away from home. I can’t think you enough for sharing your home with us to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday.

Very nice accommodations. About 2-3 blocks from the beach. Fully equipped kitchen-including a margarita machine. Three gorgeous bathrooms. Also the three screened in porches were great.
