The kitchen is located in a large room where you will find a lounge area with a 3D TV (40"). On the mezzanine floor, you can relax in a second cosy lounge. Here you'll find a second 3D TV with a HiFi home cinema system and a Wii U games console. In this room you'll have a great time with family and friends! It is connected to a sauna large enough for six people and a third bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a utility room adjoining the house.
The area in which the holiday home is located is very quiet and peaceful. Shops such as a bakery, a butcher's, a fishmonger's, a patisserie, a chemist's, a small supermarket and restaurants are all within walking distance. The beach is 400 metres away. The famous Mont Saint-Michel is a 40-minute drive away. A five-minute drive will take you to Granville, a famous seaside resort also known as the "Monaco of the North". Although the shops are within walking distance, the owner recommends that you have a motor vehicle. However, there is also a bus service from Granville to Saint-Pair-sur-Mer and from Saint-Pair-sur-Mer you can also reach Mont-Saint-Michel and other attractions by public transport.
The living areas on the ground floor are adapted for people with reduced mobility. One of the bedrooms has 1-metre-wide sliding doors, so a wheelchair user can easily use this room.
