Good size apartment but not luxury !
Positive vs Negative•Condominium- plenty of pool choices,"private beach" with umbrella and chairsNegative: chairs are uncomfortable, condominium is far from restaurants, shops etc, difficult in get Uber, lack of maintenance, no electricity generator (We passed an entire day without electricity)Breakfast buffet is not R:17 per person the actual value: 33 per person(In my personal opinion it isn't worth it)In Muro alto there isn't public transport only Uber, taxi or rental car. •Apartment 201 Mero:Positive: value, air conditioning ok, good size for 5 peopleNegative: 1 week without a working shower, lack of communication with owner, dirty bathrooms, kitchenappliances covered in fat, kitchen was not complete (not even a can opener) cooker had a broken burner. mold in bathroom, sink pipe was broken (but the condominium came to solve the problem with a lot of insistence on the following day).Cabinets in bathroom and kitchen need to be replaced.Overall, there is a lack of maintenance.We spend 2 weeks in the flat and the only thing the owner sent to us was bath towels, no pool towels.Looked for a fire and monoxide carbon alarm and couldn't find it.
