Beware of Access Fees

We were going to the balloon festival so we picked this location because it also had pools and a beach. The pools were at a golf course which was across the River but there was no information on how to get there but there was a list of the fees in the condo at 18 person per day. We did find the beach but needed to drive to it with a 30 parking fee. When we contacted the property manager on where to find both they texted back “they were located on property”and I tried to call at the number they texted but it went to voicemail. The cleaning person was there until 4:20 instead of being ready at 4:00 pm so we had to wait to go to the ballon festival. The spectacular views were of the trees so it may have the views in the winter but it is only of the trees in the summer.

We managed- irritated

8 hr drive, raining and blowing- still didn t have u not #. Called. Got unit #. Got to door. Had to have code. Called again to get code. Code wouldn’t t work. Had to call to get another code. Some times it worked. Sometimes. 15-20 minutes to get in. Finally would n t work at all. Called for new #. Worked great. No w/d. One on premises. Closet in master -locked. Carried clothes to second b/r. I ve never written a bad review before!!

good stay but Quechee Club access needs clarification

We had a nice stay at Quechee lakes and the Quechee club, but it was not all we hoped it would be. The condo itself was updated in the living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The Split AC units were very nice and super quiet. The Kitchen was tight but worked for our needs, as we were on vacation and did not do any large meals. The wifi was easy to use and the guest feature of the smart tv was easy to use. We were disappointed that the Vacasa team had not swept the outdoor patio area. There was some pealing sealing paint in the bathroom that I made the team aware of and they noted it. The windows could use a thorough cleaning on the outside. The lack of a washer and dryer in the unit was unfortunate. If I had known, I probably would have rented elsewhere even though there was coin-op laundry onsite in another building. As for the Quechee club, there was no real communication as a renter/guest how we access the facilities. A “how to” guide would have been helpful. We did not know that we had to “as renters / guests” sign up for a time to visit the pool starting at 6am on the day we wanted to visit. We called and got into the last slot 5:30-7:30pm. Visiting the beach was easier but unclear as to payment and what we could access. If all this is spelled out ahead of time it would have informed our decision as renters. As a base to explore Quechee this condo would fit your need. There is work to be done in communicating with renters about the club. A washer and dry would be nice.

New Year's vacation

The stay was nice. The unit appears to have just been rehabbed with all new everything. Items that should be addressed are identifying the unit. That small number is not working. Can't be seen from the road or parking. Not handicapped friendly. Never found the pool, spa or other activities. Information should be provided in the unit. Overall I would recommend this unit. 4 🌟

Clean condo, disappointing support from Vacasa

A clean condo, probably relatively recently refurbished. Mix of older and newer furnishings, comfortable beds and nice linens/pillows. Small but functional kitchen, kind of a dark living room area that really would’ve benefitted from lighting the cast-iron propane fireplace that didn’t work. Vacasa support was awful, and in 4 days they made little effort to fix the fireplace. Probably just needed the pilot lit. One employee came over on day 2, confirmed that the FP didn’t work, and that was the end of it. My texts after that were fruitless, and no one followed up. Nice neighborhood, I’ve stayed in several Quechee condos. This one lacks a little in privacy as it’s a corner unit, golf carts literally zip by about 20 feet from the living room slider. A privacy screen or some well-positioned planters would improve this. Got tired of watching people walk by and couldn’t get away from feeling overly exposed. Probably wouldn’t stay again, but that’s not to say that many people wouldn’t find this VRBO perfectly okay.

Beautiful & Clean

Loved Quechee Club & condo at Windsor Village. Perfect location to see the upper valley of VT & NH. Golf is amazing and nice perk to be able to play since it’s members & renters only. Would definitely stay again!
