The property was perfect for our family group! Having two separate but connected units was great. The location is perfection!!! Beautiful beach and water and lush tropical landscape. We are a beach family! We loved the beach being steps away and having all those lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach was awesome! Would definitely go back!!!

This was the perfect house for our family, including children down to the age of eight months. It was right on the beautiful beach. The bay is absolutely beautiful ! Dana made the entire process so easy.

This place worked out just perfect with a 1.5 year old granddaughter and 4 year old grandson. The water was warm, shallow with no waves to frighten them. The sand was powder white and water turquoise with light to dark color shades the deeper you went from shore. The house had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies, to sand toys and water floats. to the AC units in each room worked great and we tried to only use in the even hours. We never felt unsafe, having a 24 hour guard on duty on the street helped ease that concern. Dana was a breeze to work with and was very timely in responses and help. We shopped at the IGA and ate home a few nights and the rest of the week went to restaurants the other days. The pool was a perfect size for the 8 of us and always above 86 degrees. Plenty of hot water in the 4 bathroom. The sunset were amazing especially with the two palm trees in the sunset view from the pool or patio. The beach had plenty for the lawn chairs and other local guests did not crowd our beach front. We went to grace Bay beach a couple times and enjoyed the deeper water and long beach to walk up and down. We also rented E Foils and had a blast Wake Surfing with Wake to Wake. They were so friendly and helpful. plus the water near Parrot Cay was post card worthy. I would absolutely stay here again, especially with little kids. You can tell this property is not managed by a 3rd party, Dana is very hands on and is there to greet you and see you on your way.

The property was wonderful and unique in it's capabilities to accommodate 3 families with members ranging in age from infants to seniors. Amazing beach! lovely but small pool! Very short walk (20 seconds) to the beach from the two units. The Accommodations were great. We will be returning.

The beach is lovely, the house is set up well affording privacy, We had a very unfortunate occurrence where I was lunged at and attacked by 3 stray dogs in front of the house. The Island needs to be far more aggressive about the stray dog issue. I received good medical care and the neighborhood security team were great. It had an impact on the time, frightening for all. Nd I had difficulty walking snd I was unable to ho in the water for 3 days. It was also costly.

Coconut Beach Villa on Sapodilla beach was the perfect place and setting for our intergenerational family vacation. The little ones (age 1, 3 and 5) played for hours on the beach and in the shallow, warm and turquoise water. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets from our porches and found the kitchens well stocked for making memorable family dinners. Dana was always accessible when we had questions or concerns. The vendor situation other reviews talked about wasn't an issue at our end of the beach, although you do hear music up until about 8 pm. Be prepared to share the beach with others who drive and park nearby, but the private space for the villa is very spacious.

Our family of 11 was very comfortable with this beautiful home. We enjoyed the beautiful beach, our own pool and the comfortable furnishings of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were beach towels and toys available. They had portacribs and special chairs for the toddlers. The owners were delightful to deal with as well as the property managers. We would stay there again.

The property is fantastic, great location, private pool, all the amenities we needed in kitchen. Private roped beach area was perfect for wife and family. We would come back again for certain.

If you want the perfect beach away from grace bay traffic this is it. We loved every second of being here. The more we would venture out the more we just wanted to go back to the house to hang. It has everything you need from jet skis to beach bars but it’s like you have it to yourself. Can’t say enough good things about this home.

Coconut Beach Villa was everything it was advertised to be. A perfect fit for our family of 10, which included our toddler grandson. Dana welcomed us to this immaculate beach property with spectacular sunsets and we all thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. Her recommendations for our dinners out were perfect. We remarked to Scott how impressed we were with their obvious attention to detail! We are all looking forward to planning another family week at Cocunut Beach Villa.

Outstanding location We loved our time at Coconut villa. The property was spacious and comfortable and met all our needs, a few additional items in the kitchen would have been good such as wine coolers - so that bottles of wine could stay cool on the table at lunch and dinner ,and trays for carrying drinks. The smaller bedrooms were very sparse, not even a lamp or side table - so only really good enough for children or people who are not high maintenance! More coat hangers would also be a welcome addition as the ones that were there were a rag taggle selection and simply not enough. The location of the villas was the stand out for all of our party. The beach is possibly one of the best we have ever seen, we shall miss that stunning view as well as the aquamarine water. We spent a few dollars at Conchy Conch bar - it’s good to give back to the community. Whatever you do hire a car big enough for your whole party - taxis are eye wateringly expensive , the most expensive I have encountered anywhere in the world! 10 people to go 7 miles cost us US$460 return Highly recommend this villa for large groups- we were 10 adults , we hardly left the beach or villa during our 2 weeks stay, we simply didn’t need to or what to ! Scott and Dana were very reactive and prompt, although we only requested a new gas bottle during the whole of our stay so hopefully we were not too much bother !

The property was perfect for what we needed and the beach was amazing. The owners Dana and Scott were super informative and friendly. We loved Juicy Juicy burger on the beach and honestly we didn’t need to leave. We grocery shopped for breakfast items and a couple nights dinners. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and feel like home. The outdoor seating areas were awesome for having meals and hanging out. The house was a quick trip from the airport. We rented the Crystal Sands Villa for our family to celebrate our 50 years of marriage. This property exceeded our expectations. Waking up with a cup of coffee and looking at the white sands and blue water was peaceful. The bay was perfect. We spent hours in the water talking to other people. We had 8 lounge chairs and an umbrella that were water front and no one between us and the water. There were some negative comments about the beach vendors and loud music. I can assure you, this is not a issue. The vendors were friendly. The music was playing, but it was island music and helped set the mood. Again, not a issue. Our kids hired a private chef to make our anniversary dinner. 649 Caters made a wonderful meal. We highly recommend them. Also, we chartered a catamaran for a day adventure. I booked through Caicos Catalyst. Captain Ahmad and First Mate Scooby were worth the price. Again, it was a wonderful day. Loved Crystal Sands. Location, location, location.
