Pictures set the expectations high experience fell short
This property looked amazing by picture, it had a capacity for 10. We coach softball & one of our players family had an emergency so we brought her. Big brother is always watching you on these cameras in this home & counting people so god forbid someone visits you, they better be registered or communicated to stop by. We had one extra person & were fined 300 & threatened another 300 if that person stayed again. So luckily another family accepted her & one coaches wife didn’t wish to stay since her husband was bit by a spider in the master bedroom while sleeping.That leads me to another aspect in this house….the amount of spiders & bugs. Not only did one of the guests get bit in the master bedroom but it is soooo hot in there in the summer. My daughter ended up with a bug (alive and crawling) in her hair from laying in bed & was beyond traumatized. There are traps on the floor filled with bugs, & spider webs all over the property. It has a sensitive septic system, as everyone took showers for the night don’t try to enjoy the evening on the deck because when water is draining somewhere the smell outside is not the great out doors.I am glad we take pictures before & after of every room for piece of mind because fear of the money grab is real for this property. Once communicated that someone had been bit reaction was merely “I appreciate you mentioning the spider concern in the master bedroom.” This has been a lesson not all vrbo’s are alike. I don’t recommend.
