Lovely well maintained property
It was a perfect setting for our stay. We were here a month. The property manager, Chris, was easy to reach and prompt in answering any questionS. The hottub was a must for us it was well Maintained during our stay. The landscaping is beautiful as are the views. Our two standard Poodles loved the backyard. I would highly reccommend this short term rental.

Great location, very good property manager. Dated and too much deferred maintenance. Needs spare linens. Enjoyed our time but wouldn’t return.

Extremely disappointed
Property is tired, dirty, overpriced. Agent inefficient. Owner does not understand contract with VRBO. We shall be making a formal complaint to VRBO. We have taken a video before leaving and photographs during our stay. We have already shared concerns with VRBO. We shall also be sharing concerns with credit card company. Meanwhile we are asking VRBO for an email receipt for the alleged cleaning contractors. We do not believe that a recognised cleaning company is used.

Winter Retreat
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location and surrounding resort was very nice and secure. The owners were responsive when we had questions or needed assistance.

Suggestions
Appliances need to be updated. Refrigerator was not working when arrived. Stove top does not allow pans to fit evenly, making it hard to cook. Oven when arrived was dirty (I only used it twice). Love the layout of the home and it's location.

Beautiful property
Location was Ideal in the Boulders community. Comfortable home with all immunities. Property manager Chris was quick to respond to any issues or requests we had. Very pleasant to interface with. Very happy with the 30 Days of our stay.

fantastic location - wonderful stay
had a very enjoyable stay at this fabulous location. Particularly enjoyed time spent in the pool and hot tub. Plenty of open space In the home, along with three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. A perfect spot for spending time with family and friends.

Perfect Home Away from Home
This house exceeded our expectations in every way! We were looking for a home that we could hunker down in during covid but feel like we were at a private resort. After canceling trips to visit with our son and his girlfriend in boulder, co due to covid, we agreed to meet up in Arizona and hunker down there for a month together. the house was beautifully laid out, so we could be together when we wanted but also allowed for places to go off and be alone if anyone wanted to. we used every inch of the house and loved it. having gas fireplaces in both the living and family rooms plus the outdoor firepit was wonderful as it got cool in the evenings. the master bedroom is huge with lots of comfy seating areas, my husband wants to buy the same mattress for our bed he found it so comfy, plus 3 large closets, and a very large bathroom with his/her sinks separated by the whirlpool tub. the two other bedrooms were comfy cozy with en suite bathrooms and laid out well. the kitchen was older but open and had everything we needed - and we cooked just about every night. the entire house was very open, high ceilings, lots of windows and doors made it so very light-filled. the piece de resistance was the backyard. the pool, the hot tub, the fire pit, south-facing - huge, huge, huge - so much sunshine with an awning for shade if needed and the privacy created by the beautiful landscaping was so wonderful. we overlooked the 9th hole from the backyard (the 15th hole from the kitchen window) but it was so well landscaped that we never felt the presence of people unless we specifically were looking for it. the sunsets were spectacular every single night - i couldn't get enough pictures. from coffee in the morning to star gazing at night the backyard was incredible. we truly loved this house and were sad to leave, we're already making plans to come back. bonus 1: joelle was wonderful to work with. she was prompt with every reply, quick to respond to the few issues we had plus i was so impressed with her out of the box thinking on an issue i thought we had but she resolved it with a creative solution. bonus 2: the boulders resort and neighborhood is so beautiful. we loved the two golf courses, plus at dusk, you could hike/bike the golf cart path which was lovely. there's a beautiful nature walk near the resort, and biking/walking the neighborhood was great. the only negative is the HOA is very strict but this house so worth it.
