    The Space:

    Grand Caribbean West 305 is nestled in Perdido Key, FL, just steps away from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 305 is a beautifully decorated, condo overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico and easily viewed from the covered porch. This unit has all the comforts of home. The bunk beds recessed in the hallway offers additional sleeping space. Relax on the patio overlooking the pool or take a short walk through the pool area to the private boardwalk that extends directly to the white, sandy beaches of Perdido Key. One of only a handful of condos on Perdido Key that is not a high rise, Grand Caribbean is a quaint four-story building that is not overly crowded and there are no busy streets to cross to get to the beach. Gulf Islands National Seashore is just a half a mile away with miles of unspoiled beaches where you can search for shells or watch for wildlife. Nearby are other favorite spots for visitors such as the Naval Aviation Museum where you can catch the practice session flights of the Blue Angels.

Very nice!

The condo was excellently equipped and very comfortable. Kids loved staying here. Small public beach access, but not a big problem.

Perdido Key

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Caribbean West. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. My only suggestion would be more comfortable seating in the living room area. Resort Quest had our condo ready early and check in and check out were very convenient.

Relaxing - spacious and quiet property with great pool area!

While the condo is not right on the beach you can see the beach from your balcony. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and not too busy considering it was peak season. There were always spots in the parking lot, too! Condo was very nice and we would totally recommend it to anyone!

This property is precious! The unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The pool was great, parking was a breeze, and the beach was maybe 150 yards away. Location was great as well. View from balcony was nice. Check in and communication with management was a nightmare but once we got in our trip was great!

Would definitely stay here again

Great price, clean, super easy check in and check out. Very limited public beach (no fault of the condo). Didnt like that people were smoking in the pool area and we witnessed at least 2 rooms that gave out passcodes and had "extra" guests staying at the property. All in all it was a good experience and would stay in ere again.

The unit was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a gated area so we felt very safe here. The pool was busy and a short walk to the beach. We could not find the iron anywhere even though there was a board. It was confusing with 2 remotes, one was for the wifi. Good stay overall.

Perfect for us

Maybe I didn't read the description thoroughly, but there was an ocean view. Not a huge view, but enough to see the water and waves and decide if I needed to take wave toys or beach toys with me to the water! The beach was a short, easy walk away plus there is a national park beach a mile away that was much less crowded. The condo unit was very clean and everything worked. I am glad we chose this vacation rental and will look into it again in the future.

Perfect for our family of four!

The property was clean and well kept. The condo had everything we needed and the bunk beds were perfect for our two children. The short walk to the beach was easy and quick. The only negative is you have to utlilize the public beach access, and the two high rise condos on either side are very serious about enforcing the boundaries, which forces everyone into a small area of beach, but it worked out just fine for us. Also, it was a quick drive from this property to the grocery store, etc to get whatever you need and get back quickly. This was our first stay in Perdido Key, and we will absolutely be back!

Short stay

We booked this room to extend our stay by one day so we only spent from 4pm to 10am there. The location is nice. It’s a gated facility with code access. The pool was great. The listing doesn’t include that the property doesn’t have beach access of its own. You have to use a public beach access which is across the road, but was PACKED when we went down and you only have about 75 yards of public beach between two large condos that are staked off for those condo guests. The condo was great. Very clean. The master is on the side of the hall walk way so there were unwanted noises from people being loud late at night, and lots of noise from guests above walking and closing their door. Overall, I give it a 4. Just make sure you can access the beach somewhere else due to limited space at the one across the street.

Great condo, great location! Only has public beach access though.

Condo was great, very clean. Beach cart was helpful. Comfortably slept 3 adults and 1 child. There is an elevator, which was great for loading/unloading. My only issue was the beach access. Grand Caribbean only has public beach access. And that access was patrolled by a sheriff's office representative, at least over the weekend days when we were there. The beach access was limited to about 20 yards wide and everyone packed that space out. Beach chair rentals to the left and right were private only for guests of the Beach Colony and Sandy Key. The Sheriff's office rep stopped every person that walked onto the beach from Grand Caribbean and told them they could only use the public space. Just get there early and you can get a front row spot. Would stay here again. My son loved the pool. Plenty and picnic tables and grills to cookout. Thank you!
