Perfect location and communication

The owners were very responsive to all of our requests and concerns. There were a couple minor issues with cleanliness; however, our concerns were quickly resolved. They also provided us with a bottle of for our minor inconvenience. Due to its desired location and size, the minor issues were possibly due to constant use. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location

We all really enjoyed our stay. The primary bedroom was fantastic- the other 2 were small and lacked much storage space. The washer/dryer was nice to have but a load took about 5 hours. Extra towels would have been nice and a bath mat. All in all we loved it.

Fantastic Location, fantastic apartment in Paris

We had a great stay at Gregory and Pauline’s apartment. The location is amazing right on the Champs de Mars. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and transportation. The apartment had an elevator and AC so made it easy for our group with ages that range from 6 to 82.

Everything we could want for a great Paris Vacation!

Our hosts were marvelous and we loved the location of this spacious apartment. Travelled with our two teens and we thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood as well as the convenient location. By the time we left we all wanted to move in permanently. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice... Location, Owner and Apartment

As with other reviews, place is very nice, great location and owners were very accommodating! Couple updates could be upgraded towels, and another couch. Overall really liked the place and would go back!

Beautiful Property

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our party included four adults and two children and this was really ideal for us as there was more than enough space and the extra bathrooms was a nice luxury. Our host was wonderful and even provided us with several dinner recommendations.

Paris Stay

Host was nice and helpful check in. However we booked because it said 3 king beds and there was only 1. Other 2 were pullouts or some tyoenifnsingle with a cot next to it. Huge problem is you travel with 2 adult boys. The place also wasn’t stocked well, no napkins paper towels. And overall not real clean. Also living room only seats 3 when your hanging out…just a coach and other forced to sleep on floor. I wouldn’t stay again for the price.

Wonderful Paris apartment

We had an amazing time! The hosts were excellent and the apartment was great. This location was is a quiet area but short walk to Eiffel tower. We were able to walk to most major attractions. This is close to restaurants and bakeries. Our favorite restaurant was Milagro. We highly recommend this apartment, great views and very comfortable space.

Great location and very spacious apartment. Could use some updated furniture and kitchen supplies. Severe mold on ceiling in main shower. Some issues with light switches. Loose fixture in one shower.

Wonderful location, spacious and cool

Had a wonderful stay at the apartment. We were there in the middle of August and the apartment air conditioning worked well to keep us cool once we sorted out how to turn it on (thanks to Gregg for the immediate help!) The location is amazing! You can walk to everything and the neighborhood is lovely. Like other reviewers, I wish the ceiling of the shower in the front bedroom didn't have mold but the shower worked perfectly so it was not intrusive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in Paris, in a great location

This is a really nice apartment operated by a great host. The apartment is very spacious and updated. It is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and the Metro station is only a couple of blocks away. My only negative comments would be that the towels need to be replaced (they are very scratchy) and some more seating in the very large living room would be nice for larger groups. Gregory is a great host and was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay in Paris.

Fantastic!

The location and layout were perfect for my family of 6: 3 couples ranging in age from 50 to 83. Beds and linens were superb. Only complaint was the showers-leaking to the floors and mildewed ceilings. Would stay again!

Excellent location in Paris

Great Paris location for our family of 6. So close to Eiffel Tower! Comfortable beds, nice to have 4 toilets and 3 showers. Bathrooms are typical small size for Europe, but nice shower heads. Kitchen was sparsely equipped but enough for simple meals, nespresso machine, good fridge and dishwasher.

Wonderful property near the Eiffel Tower

We stayed here for several days prior to a cruise. 6 of us were well accomadated and had a wonderful time. While the Host wasn't immediately available to get us, the property manager was waiting for us. The property has just about everything needed to make the visit enjoyable and is situated near many restaurants and stores, and within walking distance of the train station, Notre Dame, museums and the Seine. We would DEFINITELY stay here again should the opportunity arise

Très grand appartement dans un bon quartier. C’est au deuxième étage avec un ascenseur. Il n’est pas bien meublé et il manque des petits choses comme shampooing, une cafetière bien qu’il aie une machine d’espresso.

Lovely Parisien Escape

Sunny. Great view. Spacious. Very hsppy vibe. For us the neighborhood and location was perfect. Near an open park, walking distance to the Seine. Area was full of small bakeries, fkower stores and bars and restaurants. From walking out of the front door, you felt like you were living in the city and not just passing through. The hosts were great. Very accomodating for early check in/ check out. Would return in a heart beat. We went for a week in cold February with our daughter who recently turned 18 and had a very warm family trip and the apartment contributed to a wonderful experience.

Mother /daughter trip to Paris!

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location!! Fabulous view and beautiful furnishings! We arrived early so check- in was a bit confusing but we loved everything. And Gregory was a tremendous help with suggestions. My only complaint was the mold in the shower and a few lights were not working. Otherwise, we would all agree we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us!

Excellent location and so much room!

Lovely and stylish flat-location in a quaint neighborhood and walking or short uber to everything! The Eiffel Tower is around the corner and she will tell you bon jour and bon soir every day. So much room and individual bathrooms were a plus for a 3 person party. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, especially Le Suffren, excellent wine shop on corner Nicolas and great super market Auchan.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in Paris, France

Located in a beautiful neighborhood by the Eifel Tower, the apartment is flooded with morning and afternoon light, and with three spacious bedrooms (all with bathrooms) everyone in our party was more than comfortable and had their own personal space. The open floor plan of the living area worked great for our party of six to relax each day together. Love to stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Paris!

Our family loved the property and location. Easy access to Metro (which we rode every day to see different sites) and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Other than minor issues (mold in shower) the property was in good condition. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and it felt like home toward the end. Highly recommend for families too!
