The place has obviously been renovated, very inviting and cozy; it had most of the amenities of a home. It was within walking distance to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. If I could make a few suggestions to the owner, they would be:
Invest in an exterminator (I saw three small roaches), making me reluctant to take my luggage inside.
Make the kitchen more user friendly, there was cookware, plates, glassware and kitchen appliances but; there were no knives, forks or spoons. ( I had to borrow a knife from a family member who was staying at a nearby condo, for cooking purposes.) I invested in plastic eatery which was fine.
Everything else was perfect, my 14 year old grandson's first trip to the beach was a wonderful experience for him.
The grocery store was just a few minutes away as well as restaurants.
I tried to leave the premises as I found it, with the exception of towels and linens.
