Very nice house.

Everything was clean and the whole house was comfortable. The downside was that it is one of the few properties in the community that does not provide those permanent beach loungers and service. Instead they link up to some other company for just canvas chairs.

Sandy Joy was a Joy

The house was charming. Two minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the Weber grill that surprised us because it was not in the listing. Spacious bedrooms and all necessary utensils.

Great Location

Wonderful Seaside getaway

My husband and I met my daughter and her family at Carillon Beach for a few getaway days!!! The home we stayed at in the Carillon Beach neighborhood was perfect in every way!!! The neighborhood and beach were delightful!! The home was spotless, well stocked and extreme comfortable!!! We will be back!!!

Excellent Rental!

Can’t recommend Sandy Joy highly enough if you’re looking for a vacation in Carillon / 30A area. Great accommodations, clean, excellent location, easy walks to beach and pool, beautiful courtyard outside of house. For a five night stay we were only left with two each dishwasher and laundry pods, which is not enough for a family, but maybe we will just learn to bring our own going forward. That’s the only criticism I have. But would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Sandy Joy. The home was in a perfect location - close to the beach and pool. The home was comfortable and clean. If I had one criticism (and this is being very picky), the WiFi code was inaccurate and we couldn’t find someone to help us get the correct code. Me and my hubby had to make a few work meetings via zoom while at the home and we ended up having to use our hot spot. Otherwise, zero complaints and would totally stay again!

Beautiful home! Perfect location!

Our family of six came here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The home is very spacious (our 4 kids are all adult-sized, aged 14-20) and so lovely! We were a 2 minute walk to the beach.. The only issue we had was that the WiFi password never did work. We did get a response from the maintenance number that they were working on it, but it didn’t get fixed in the time we were there. I’m sure it will be fixed promptly. Also, there are not beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use that go with the house. That should be included included in the description of the house, we thought. The voucher which came was perfect to use for these things, tho. Also, it was great to get a text on our check-in day that the house was ready 2 hours early. Would definitely stay again!

Carillon Beach happy

The check in was easy and the location could not have been better. There was a hiccup with Wi-Fi that never got resolved, but management was fast to reply and send someone. Overall, thankful to spend time with the family in an adorable location.

Wonderful Beach House

We loved this private beach community it is beautiful. Really cute house. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very short walk to the beach. Close to the pool too. Had a few minor issues with the house and maintenance responded very quickly. The master bedroom is the smallest bedroom in the house and the master bathroom is tiny with no storage at all. Pedestal sink so nowhere to put anything. There is no beach/water view from the 2nd floor like the picture online shows. Also we were told that being a private beach community the beach would not be as crowded as other beaches. It was very crowded every day. Lots of people smoking cigarettes and marijuana. The smell was horrible. Could not get away from it! We heard others complaining about it too Definitely should make that part of the beach non smoking

The Pink House

As our grandson named it, we enjoyed our stay at the “pink house”. It was unanimous...we all loved the house and the community. It was a very well equipped with all the things needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to come back soon!

Very Comfortable and Convenient

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything I needed was in the home and it was within walking distance to the beach and the pool. I enjoyed chatting with other families in the neighborhood and I truly love that the home is in a family friendly gated community.
