Splash Resort itself was a nice, family friendly place to stay. The beaches were beautiful and the pools, hot tub, and kids waterpark were great! The view from the the balcony was top notch, however, it stops there. The balcony was filthy. Nothing was wiped down prior to us coming. The day I arrived was filled with wiping down bathtubs, doorknobs, doors, toilets, and floors where food and mystery objects lay underneath furniture. On the norning of the 3rd day, I saw a cockroach in the 2nd bedroom. Unfortunately after many attempts to catch it, I failed. I called RealJoy offices who told me it was NORMAL for these bugs to be in the condos! I have visited.manu different condos and have never experienced anything like this! HOA came and sprayed, while someone came to clean the condo. I really enjoyed Splash aresort, however, I would never ever stay at a RealJoy property ever again!

This place is beautiful, clean and very attentive! They answered my calls right away. (In case you are wondering the coffee pot is a Keurig)

Good place for kids. This is on the west end of Panama City so it is not that busy. Their are 4 water areas. 1. Splash pad for kids learning to walk. 2. Water park for kids to run and slide. 3. Lazy river 3 feet for all ages with a pool area attached. 4. Pool 3-5 feet with hot tub on the side. Room was clean. They have food placed on site if you don't want to leave. Easy access to the beach (no ramp that I know of). The only thing bad is there are only 2 elevators for 22 floor and you might have to wait depending on how many people are using them at the time. Parkng garage with 3 levels covered and 1 outside. I didn't have any issues but any interactions with staff was pleasant. This is to include the chair rental and ocean activity booths on the beach. With VBRO rental they kept me informed via text and email with instructions on how to access the room and what you need to do when you leave.

The condo is clean with most essentials. The furniture especially, sofa and decorative pillows have stains which made it looked outdated. Wish the living room tv was larger. The booking and communication is great.

I would recommend for family with kids. Eating is about 20 min away from this resort. That was our travel ever night was to go eat. We love the resort and would stay again.

The view at this property was amazing. Directly on the beach and beautiful! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Property was exactly as described in the listing. We really enjoyed the quick access to the beach and pools. Just what you need if you’re looking for a vacation with young kids.

We stayed for softball nationals. Property was so dirty! Mold on shower curtain,sheets didn’t fit the bed. Dirt under all the furniture. Elevator took forever and was a hotbox!! Very rundown!!

This property was great for our mini vacation. We arrived a little late so there was confusion as to how to check-in and where to park. The parking isn't really clear in the instructions and the property is very dark at night so we couldn't see any signs directing us where to go. Luckily, the property managers work 24/7 so they were able to take my call and direct us. It is a LONG walk from the parking garage to the rooms and the elevators take sooo long. Other than that, the stay was amazing.

Stunning updated property with great amenities for kids. Lots of space and looked better in person - the view of the beach is jaw dropping from the master bedroom and kitchen/living room area. I will say the cleaning could have been better - big chunks of dust on fans, wrappers under chairs, etc. but overall wonderful stay for family. Location was perfect close enough to Pier Park but far away enough to enjoy a more low key atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Great location just a bit west of the main part of PCB which is exactly what we were looking for. Love the covered parking and the enclosure leading to the condo’s.
