We enjoyed our stay condo smelled and looked clean was happy with the rental this is our second time staying at tidewater 1st time was with a different rental company and I wouldn’t recommend them, but would definitely recommend this one since it was clean and the pricing was priced accordingly would stay here again

The check in process is ridiculous! Why not stagger check in times so you have a smoother process and less congestion? This would also alleviate Long lines to check in. The elevator waits because of the same time check in was very frustrating! The elevator waiting time overall was frustrating as well. For this reason tidewater will not be considered again!

Overall property is great. Clean and spacious. I do advise bringing your own chairs for the beach. They pick the chair rentals up at 4:30pm which is pretty early for those of us who like a later start to the day. Also master bedroom could use a black out curtain over the window. The lights at night from the hallway to enter the rooms and the sun in the morning beam in that window lighting up the room day or night. We used a blanket to reduce this light.

We enjoyed the condo and the beach. Our only complaint was the elevators we had to wait up to 45 mins some days to get one. But the condo was nice and clean.

Our vacation was amazing! We had a beautiful view from the balcony, everything is so comfortable and convenient, parking and beach are close. One thing I would recommend changing chairs on the balcony but otherwise everything was fine. Would love to go there again.

This was my first time to Florida and I couldn’t of found a better place to stay!! Awesome view of the ocean and steps away from the beach!!! The room was super clean and super cozy when I co Back to Panama I will be staying here again for sure!!!!

This is in a 30-story building. The elevators were constantly slow and often unavailable. Barely large enough to get a single luggage cart in. We spent a lot of time just waiting to get one. It made the visit far less pleasant than it should have been. The beach was overcrowded with rental chairs/umbrellas. I will not stay in this location again. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Large balcony. The only negative was that the two bathrooms were cramped and had no useable counter space.

We had a great time. Everything was as we expected it to be. All personnel at Tidewater resort were very nice. Beautiful view. Check in went smoothly.

Condo was exactly how it was described in this listing. Beds were pretty comfy and the condo management team was very nice and accommodating! Only cons would be the stains in the carpet floor and the trash underneath the couch cushions. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and would book it again for our next trip!

The unit was just as the pictures show. Great location, super friendly workers, great customer service. If you're looking for a place to relax on the beach that is convenient to everything, this place has it all. No complaints,. This resort has it all. Some pros:. Restaurant on site with friendly service and good food. The mahi mahi tacos were excellent as was the burger. Workout room is large with good equipment. Some cons:. Road construction up and down beach road. Not the resorts fault but typical construction that's a pain. Carpet in unit could be replaced with tile. It's worn out.

Very Clean Very nice place. Enough room for 6. lacking small spoons and a better skillet . Not a fan for carpet in a beach condo. Will definitely stay there again! Also make aware that you are checking in with a rental company

Very clean. Loved the view of the ocean and beach from balcony. Elevators can take up to 15 minutes to reach you. Sometimes it will stop at every floor or take you to the top before taking you down. This was the only drawback. Condo was very nice. Would stay again.

The only things that was bad about my stay was the elevators very slow. Stayed on 13th floor and walked up and down stairs 4 times. And the weather, rained several times
