Summer Vacation

Very nice condo. I was hesitant once I realized this condo was not directly on the beach (this was our first time in PCB), however it was quick and easy access to the adjoining condo for beach access. Condo is equipped with everything you will need. It was very clean. Well decorated. Per other reviews, the beds are very comfy! Owners communicated quickly with replies for any questions I had. The area is very family orientated. We would definitely stay in this condo again. We enjoyed our stay!

Great trip

The property itself was wonderful. I really recommend. It was very clean and spacious. The only issue I have is that I was charged twice for my parking tag and I have yet to receive a refund.

Room was as advertised, clean , check in/check process was easy and a great view of the strip for bike week. Master bed slept great. The wife would like to know mattress type so sounds like it’s about to cost me some money. Haha

My Stay

Absolutely everything that was advertised! Beautiful inside, nice pool and hot tub, walkway to cross street to get to beach! Will recommend to anyone who wants to stay that it is worth it. Easy access in and out and lots of parking!

Would definitely stay here again

The property is very nice and well-maintained. It's also in a great location with easy access to both the east and west ends of Panama City Beach. The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. The check-in / check-out process was very simple. We would definitely recommend staying here, and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Phenomenal

This condo has it all. Best beach represented by Austin made the whole process easy and carefree. The condo is tastefully arranged. I also want to give a shoutout to Best beach. My husband accidentally left his work cell at the condo when we checked out. We were in Alabama when Best beach called and said they found his cell and would arrange to have it mailed to our home. Superior service and can’t thank you enough.We would rent again.The Furrs

Fix a few things and I'll be back

Upon arrival, condo was neat and clean. I was very disappointed though to learn the southern most bedroom did not have a closet and no hooks. Also the beds are too soft.

Loved the condo. The sofa sleeper mattress pad did have a dirty spot on it but I put a sheet over it. The pools were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security of the morning could be a little better. I went to walk my dog at 5 in the morning and their was a homeless man in the lobby asking for money. He was still sitting in the lobby when I came back in. He didn't do any harm to me but it startled me when I came off the elevator at 5am and he walked up to me from the snack area. I would have offered him food but it was so early it caught me off guard. But other than that my stay was excellent. I am already looking at rates for next yr.

Grand Panama Stay

The condo was enjoyable and could met the needs of our group of 7. Not sure it would be acceptable to over 4 adults given other beds in the hallway. Amenities, beach access and parking adequate for the property. The main drawback is the elevator capacity and availability. Only 2 of the 3 elevators worked the entire time of our visit. The waiting time was unnecessarily excessive most of the time and concerning for residents and guests needing to get their dogs walked each morning!

Fabulous Family Trip

This was our 5th time staying at The Grand Panama. We absolutely love the resort, location, and the friendly staff. This was by far the best condo we have ever gotten to stay at! It was beautiful and the perfect place for our family to celebrate a late mother's day gift/trip. Don't hesitate to book this condo!

Jeep Week

Went down with family for Jeep Week. The condo was even better than the pictures show. We were very happy with the ease of check-in and the state of the property. The location is perfect if you don’t want to drive anywhere. There is a lot to do within walking distance and the beach is across the street via a pedestrian bridge. We will definitely be back!

Great place to enjoy the beautiful Panama City Beach white sugar sand beaches

Very clean, bright, and comfortable. I've stayed at another unit at this resort in tower one and this unit was nicer. Only downside was we picked the weekend of the Gulf Coast Biker's Rally to arrive. If you are interested in getting a good night's sleep, you don't want to stay here during the Biker's Rally. Most of the bikers left on Sunday. Everything was fine after that. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing this lovely property.

Great Views for Across St Condo
