This was our second stay in this neighborhood and first time at this property.
The property is well maintained and cared for and is very cozy for a family of four. The 3 bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the loft was surprisingly entertaining for my 12 year old.
The kitchen has everything you need to prep and cook a meal, and with a large dining room table and living room, entertaining family/friends is easy.
We stayed at an identical floor plan property last year and the kids loved it, so that is why we chose this location.
This property backs up to a green space between neighborhoods, has a wonderful trail system throughout, and is only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach.
In the garage are bikes, beach chairs and other items for a fun day out. If your vehicle is small enough, you can park it inside.
Within walking distance (quarter/half mile) you have a market, coffee shop, brewpub, pizza place, and more.
Be sure to hike to the top of the Cape Kiwanda sand dune for some spectacular views. It’s a real climb, so be ready.
The beach allows bonfires which I highly recommend for family/friend gatherings. It rained on us for a few days, so we didn’t get that opportunity.
This property has great entertainment options, i.e. Internet, board games, a deck with seating and a barbecue.
This property is highly recommended and we’ll be back soon. Enjoy!
