This was the worst property we’ve stayed in. The home is infested with roaches. They were crawling on the furniture, inside the cabinets, on the stove, and in the showers. The living room carpet was stained and had huge dirt spots. The carpet leading up the stairs was torn in multiple places, and tacks were sticking out in one bedroom due to the carpet being missing. The bar stools on the second floor were all unusable due to the legs being extremely loose. The air hockey table had a hole in it big enough for the puck to fall through.
My family has stayed in Encore properties multiple times and this was by far the worst one. On top of the property not being up to par, we are now being charged an additional fee of multiple hundreds due to “stained linens”. The linens were not sparkling white upon arrival. So much so that we washed them all upon arrival.
I do not recommend staying here, especially for the price.
