Convenient to shopping and eatery locations. Thermostat set to 75 which was perfect for 1 person in our party but 3 of us stayed under blankets while watching TV. Understand the need for the pool alarm but it was inconvient until we figured out the secret - open door, then push button, exit/enter and close. Time delay could be a little longer in case your hands are full. Internet spotty. Overall a good place!

Roy is the gentleman that owns the rental and he was extremely Hospital and easy to work with we didn't have any issues except we couldn't figure out a code to the Roku TV and Roy called the maintenance man right down who lives locally and he was extremely helpful the place is beautiful very neat very clean the Linens were clean I can say that we are all very happy with this rental and will be sure to rent it again if it's available

My family and I stayed here for our Christmas Disney trip and I must say we were so satisfied with our stay! Very clean, very friendly owner and maintenance man and very quiet/safe neighborhood! We will be back Roy!

The house was very clean! I would rate it a 5. We would stay here again. **Make sure to bring plenty of your own supplies if staying over a few days (toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc. as we did have to purchase these things during our stay).

Was equipped with everything we needed! Cute decor & cozy home for my family! Lots of seating in livingroom, dining room table & even around pool area! Pool was a great bonus! Big tub in master bath my daughter LOVED! will stay again! Thank you Roy & Denise!

The house was clean, and it had all of the kitchen supplies we needed during the week we stayed. We appreciated being able to use the swimming pool everyday. We had great communication with the home owner!

Paid for pool heat and barely had any heat on 3 out of the five days also was told I would be comped and never received any! But the street was nice the house was okay! Like the master bathroom shower creeped me out and the garden tub was horrible also the bath towels were super linty … So I give it a 3.5 out of 5.. and it’s a C-

Perfect size for our family of 6 and close to just about everything. Checkin and checkout was super easy. Pool was a great perk to the house! The kids loved it. Children’s beds were a little squeaky and the showers and tub looked dirty but otherwise it was a perfect trip.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet we enjoyed our stay. Only complaint I have was my boys wanted to play in the back yard but grass was not cut. We would definitely book again

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family. Neighborhood was quiet and no more than 30 min away from any of the Disney parks. (Even with FL traffic!). House was clean and well kept.

The house was in an excellent location to parks and attractions. A lot of people from my area stayed at champion gates and they were complaining of traffic and how long it took to get to parks and such. We never found much of a problem at all with traffic. We were close to to mostly everything we wanted to visit. The house was located in a quiet area. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. There were a few little things I feel the owner should know which was my grandchildren lost something and when I moved the end table in their bedroom there was dirt under it and I found a cup under it as well and there were used water bottles and cloths left out in the pool area. It would have been nice to know what day they came to clean the pool as my step daughter got scared when she saw someone in the back yard as she was home alone but the owner was quick to respond when I asked about it. And something to tell how to separate the garbage and recyclables and to know someone was taking the garbage cans out as the book made it look as if we were responsible but we weren’t which was great. But overall the house was clean and presentable and I would highly recommend this place

The location of the property is lovely, we loved driving (would’ve preferred to walk but weather didn’t cooperate) around looking at all the Christmas decorations. Communication & willingness to address a question/request prior to arrival with owner was smooth & easy. Only complaints we have would be the house needed further cleaning (lots of dirt along walls, chips behind sofa, random fabric softener sheet on the floor upon check in, old-what we assume to be paint-crusted to kids bedroom blanket), only one wash cloth was provided in the entire home which made for a difficult week stay with 4 people, and the pool was so horribly cold we were unable to use it. Overall satisfied with location, owner communication, and the house itself is cute.
