Excellent property. Has all of the amenities. Could add shuffleboard area. Desk staff was a great help. Good location. Got lucky with weather. High 60's, calm breeze and sunny every day of our 7-day stay.Would definitely book again.

Staying in this unit was a dream. Enjoyed every single minute. The room was just as pictured and the entire complex was wonderful. We went during offseason so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the ammenities but it was still wonderful.

The unit was clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The Furniture shows wear but we had an enjoyable stay and our one issue replacing a lightbulb was attended to sufficiently, it was very pleasant dealing with staff on the lightbulb issue and routine hot tu chemical check.

I have stayed in several condos in turquoise place over the years. I was very impressed at the cleanliness of this specific unit. The kitchen drawers were all very organized and I could tell that the cleaners paid attention to detail.

What a beautiful property. The amenities and the home itself were beautiful. The kitchen was so well equipped for those who love to cook, like I do and the area so welcoming for us to gather and spend time together. Beautiful, quiet and so many things to do, we are looking at booking our next trip already to stay again!!

Very nice condo. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable. A/C working very well. Living room furniture clean and comfortable. Bar ice maker works very well. Balcony furniture is nice, hot tub (a service comes everyday to service it) so you know it’s clean. Having the grill on our personal balcony was perfect. Underground parking was a plus.

The condo was super nice and very roomy however if you are looking forward to the hot tub and jacuzzi tub in the master room you may want to skip on this property. The only thing that worked on the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was the water. The hot tub had lots of issues, the first two days we had to call for someone to come up due to it would not heat up, the third day we were told it needed to be drained and filled back up but we ask they not do that because it would take so long to fill up and then to heat up again, on the 4th day the pump stopped working.

Great place in a great building. The place is a great size with lots of room for the kids to run around. The ice machine was fantastic to have. Access to the multiple pools was great and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. We will be back

We had the most amazing time at this condo. The management property was very attentive to our check in and check out process. The amenities far exceed any other property we have stayed at. We love staying at the Turquoise Place and can’t wait to see h th r new slide they are putting in for one of the outdoor pools next year.

see above: roomy unit; furniture could use some updating, overall unit was satisfactory: Utilities was main problem, water was cut off for a time, other times water from go from trickle back to normal, off and on; Alabamagetaway has not come through with what was suppose to be refunds for loss of Hot tube and no followup with refund for loss of jacuzzi. I had to call someone to come clean the balcony after Hot Tub was removed after 24 hours. Mary

We really enjoyed our stay at Turquoise Place with Alabama Getaway aside from a few minor problems. We knew that the private hot tub on the balcony was out of commission about a week beforehand (HUGE disappointment there), and our jacuzzi tub did not work once we got there. They attempted to have it fixed after we requested a bit of a refund, and then when it was not fixable they did indeed give us a refund. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all beautiful and huge with amaaaaazing views. We rarely heard another soul while in the condo and the elevator was fast. Indoor pool was nice and big and perfect for our chilly week. Beach was also wonderful and very close. Would definitely stay there again if I knew for sure that the hot tub would be on!

We have stayed at Turquoise Place multiple times and most recently in mid -December. The condo was beautiful and very clean, great communication with Alabama Getaway. The family enjoyed the space and some surf fishing too!

Listing was exact. Front gate attendant was kind and we didnt need to go to the front desk to check in which was great! Just gave an ID and we were set! Everyone we interacted with were very nice and the housekeeping staff do an amazing job.
