My only issue was with Vacasa. being the host. We stayed Oct 9-15. Upon arrival, the toilet in the master bath constantly ran and made a loud whistling noise and would not flush. We contacted Vacasa every day, via text and phone and was told they would fix it the next day. No one came as of Friday, 4 days later, when the hall bath started leaking water onto the floor. I found a local Vacasa address, drove to that location, told them about the toilet issues and by the time we arrived back to the condo, they fixed the water leak in the hall bath but did not fix the master bath toilet! I went back to the local office, and someone finally came back and fixed the master toilet 1 day prior to us leaving. We love Romar Tower and the condo we usually stay in was booked, so we tried a Vacasa host condo. Never again will I stay in a Vacasa host condo. I had a prior bad experience with Vacasa several years ago but thought it might have been a one time deal. The condo we normally stay in is not a Vacasa host condo and anytime we had an issue, however small, someone was there within the hour. I am sorry for the owners of this condo as it is a nice condo, but any issues that arise are not addressed in a timely manner with Vacasa being the host. Vacasa did reimburse us one night stay for "all the trouble" but I would rather had the toilets been functional. Vacasa, your lack of addressing issues is unacceptable..especially it being toilets.......
