We had 7 people in the house for a 4 day stay. When we arrived the WiFi was down and our cell service was not the best inside the house. We contacted the host and they knew about the issue but didn't advise us until we mentioned it. Unfortunately we needed internet for work and school for our family. We also had no access to television or our computers. There was no ETA from the host so we chose to cancel our reservation after 1 night.
