Cute property. Clean. Difficult to enter code, too many numbers to memorize. FExhaust fan in bathroom with tub does not work, FYI. Also the toilet runs on its own at times. Little things need attention but overall a very nice condo. Thanks!!

The view from the balcony is the only good thing about this rental. Do not stay here! After reading a few reviews from a few years ago saying the same, I had hope that improvements would have been made, but no. Dated is one thing, but it’s clear that no one is maintaining this property. From non working coffee makers, disgustingly dirty vents (mold, dust!) to rusted doors, broken cabinets and moldy bathrooms, it’s just a total mess. The photos are very deceiving. There was no bedding for the pull out and the pillows are a total waste. The sofa is sagging and stained and you just feel gross staying there - thank goodness for the beach.

This property should NOT be rented until repairs are done. The powder room sink was pouring water straight into a bucket below. Known to staff at Vacasa but still not repaired before occupancy. The toilet was leaking, the dishwasher didn't drain and had the whole place smelling of sewage. The exhaust fan and light and refrigerator lights didn't work. There was broken furniture including the pull out sofa and the headboard on one of the queen beds wasn't attached to either the bed or the wall and kept falling forward. The closet door on the balcony was so rusted it wouldn't close all the way and paint chips and rust were all over the ground and all over the door, a big safety hazard especially for children. There was no working TV and the internet information given out was incomplete delaying access. The "welcome package" of start up necessities like toilet paper and dish soap/sponge wasn't present, most notably the TP. Local staff attempted to be helpful but at the end of the stay nothing had been remedied. What's worse is that the owner and Vacasa were aware of the deficiencies and stated in another review that they had been repaired. Note I did not see these reviews from Late June until it was too late. I will never rent another Vacasa unit again!

Condo is perfect for beach access. Very short walk to the beach. I would bring pillows for the beds. Even with the pillows doubled up, they were flat with no cushion. Kitchen was stocked nicely. There were no paper towels like listed. I reached out by e-mail with a question about parking. I received a reply that said they had a lot of e-mails to go through, and would get back to me, but never did. I feel parking should be prorated. I arrived on Friday and stayed until Sunday. I was charged the full price for weekly parking, even though my stay was for only three days, and only got to use the spot for one full day out of three. The bathtub drained slowly. When one person showered, the next person had to wait 40 minutes for the water to go completely down. I spoke with maintenance they said someone would be out the next day, no one ever came. Apparently they were aware of the problem, guy on the phone stated there was an issue the week prior.

excellent location, the bedroom is ok the view from the balcony is nice But sleeping sofa in the living room was wet the kitchenware is poor quality the bar chairs in the kitchen and balcony plastic chairs are too small for regular size adults TV remote was not working Leaky faucet in the bedroom Also, the bath tub drain was clogged

unit needs some attention to cleaning detail. First sight in the door was a big "tumbleweed" of long hair. Many cobwebs and dirty a/c vents, a torn moldy shower curtain liner and one toilet that didn't flush. the toilet issue was the only matter resolved after three days. Have rented condos in the past successfully, but this was the first and last dealing with Vacassa

This particular unit was abysmal...it needs a complete gutting and remodeling. 95% of the items in this unit were completely outdated. The tub did not drain (it took over 30 minutes once the shower was turned off), both toilets needed for the handles to be held for over 5 seconds to flush properly, tub screws were sticking out and completely rusty (tetanus!!!), along with other metal items in the unit that were rusty, such as the can opener (which was unusable), door hinges and closet doors. A unit like this in a desirable building is unacceptable. I have to believe that the owners do not even stay in their own unit.

Although place was over all clean, the sheets had black marks on them and any blankets or spreads had obviously not been washed recently. Condo apt. needed an overall renovation. Location was great and many very good restaurants in the area.

The location and building was very nice. The unit itself was outdated and not very well maintained. It was clean on the surface mostly, but the dining room table was sticky, there was mold in the shower and the outside chairs were very flimsy.

Amazing view and location however the property was filthy, clearly unkept and very outdated. The beds were so uncomfortable and was help up by cinderblocks. Sheets, mattress and pillows were disgusting we spend over $200 on cleaning supplies and bedding. Mold and mildew all over the shower and shower curtains. No A/c thankfully it’s wasn’t too hot outside, No WiFi or cable on the tv that’s the size of my iPad

Wasn't expecting to rent from a company. My understanding was that on VRBO , I was renting from a private owner. Great location. Sure, it was on a low price, even then at least basic facility is expected. The bathroom, especially shower, tub and faucets needs to be changed. Kitchen could use better utensils, and new cabinets.

Perfect view of ocean, bay and pool from balcony. Sunrise and sunset. Common areas clean and updated. Very friendly staff. This unit is older and needs several updates. Broken blinds, rust in many areas. Overall, very clean and comfortable, perfect for the price.

The number one frustration was the air conditioning not working the whole weekend. As that is an amenity we paid for and for it to not work - that was extremely frustrating. We had someone come out from maintenance, and he really tried to figure it out but the air still did not kick on. We eventually gave up on it because we were tired of having to spend so much time on the issue instead of out on the beach and enjoying our stay. It left for an uncomfortable stay though. Aside from that, the check in and the lock box (location of where that would be) were details that i felt weren't super clear. The person at the property in the office was either not in a good mood or hates their job, because she did not seem super thrilled to help us. The directions for connecting to the wifi also weren't clear, or maybe weren't updated. We eventually figured it out but the signal wasn't strong. All in all the stay was just okay - biggest frustration and inconvenience being the A/C.

I could see from the reviews that this condo needed updating. That was only the beginning. The corner of the shower had a broken piece to prevent water running out. It had been caulked repeatedly and the caulk was moldy and gross. There was also mold growing around the door frame in the bathroom. The mattresses and pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The mattress on the sleep sofa was hard and worn and there were no pillows. The clothes closet was dirty and there was a dirty mop thrown on the floor. We couldn’t even put our clothes in it. The shades on the sliders were broken and half missing. The door to the storage room on the patio was so rusty it didn’t even close, and the air return vent was rusty and gross as well. Truly the only positives were that the air conditioning was cold and view was fantastic! The rest of the issues were so bad, however, that we only stayed for one of our two nights and drove home a day early. I am reluctant to rent through VRBO again since there is no way to truly know what kind of property we would get.

Our first time with VRBO and didn’t remember getting e-mail about codes we needed. Did call and got immediate assistance, thank you! The living room was much smaller than the photos we saw on VRBO. The toilets need some work and the cable cord in the living ran under the rug causing a fire hazard for one and a tripping hazard for renters. Thought there should have been extra seating in living room. The view was phenomenal! Thank you, we also have a rental booked for first week in August in Davis, West Virginia next year, love the convenience and service with VRBO!

Perfect for a small group who love the beach! Nice large balcony and great views of both the ocean and bay. The property is a little dated but everything worked well. The elevators were always accessible and management was helpful. Checking in was easy and the beach didn't feel too overcrowded at this location.

I booked this condo back in March as a fun Fathers Day/Last Day of School trip for my family. The listing on VRBO made it sound great. But when we arrived it was one frustration after another, largely stemming from poor management by Vacasa. The condo building was fine, good location, nice big balcony with great views. However when we pulled up to the building at 5:30 on check-in day, we still did not have any information regarding where to park, door codes, etc. Had to call Vacasa to get all that information. At that time I learned that there was a charge for some of the Amenities listed on the VRBO site, which was NOT communicated prior to us arriving at the property. $35 for parking/pool/wifi??? I know it's not much, but it felt like we were being nickle and dimed upon arrival. And the people at Vacasa had NO idea about this when I called to ask. Other items in the listing that we found to be inaccruate were the "heated pool" was FREEZING, my kids could barely stay in there longer than 20mins before their lips were blue and they were shivering uncontrollably. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the only thing available for me to cook with was a large stock pot and one flimsy spatula. No frying pans, as the listing implies. The light and fan in the range hood did not work.Also the 4 of us could not sit around the table to have a meal together because one of the dining chairs was sitting in the corner with a broken leg. How is this condo supposed to fit 6 adults??? The plumbing was anemic, and the tub clogged as soon as you turned on the faucet and quickly filled with several inches of water. I called Vacasa to report it on Friday, they called back Sunday as we were checking out to notify me they were sending someone to fix it. Too late! Also the toilets were very weak and one ran almost constantly. The beds were also dreadful, flat pillows and the mattress creeked loudly when you sat down or moved. I think the boxsprings were wrapped in plastic? It sounded like you were sitting on a whoopie cushion every time you sat down, got up, or changed position. Woke up our whole family every time someone moved. The owner of this condo should really update the bedding, no one has a good time on vacation when they are tired sore and cranky from lack of sleep! Overall I was not pleased with this condo, and was definitely very unhappy with the way Vacasa managed the property and our concerns. Will not be staying in another of their properties again.

Stayed a week in Sept. Location was great! The building was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Walk onto beach was ideal. Nice pool and deck. The unit itself could use updates-the stove is ancient, if plan to cook take your own pots and pans they was no fry pan to make eggs and the pots there were so burnt was afraid to use them. A kitchen remodel would make the unit more attractive. The outlet for coffee maker and toaster actually sparks. The living room and bedroom were nice. Bathroom could use updates-newer toilets and vanities. Would suggest a new shower liner for each new rental. It was a good price for the unit during off season, would have be disappointed if paid price listed earlier in summer. I'm guessing the renting takes its toll on the place. It meant our needs and we did have a great time.
