We had an amazing time in this great house. Bright and airy it was clean and very well stocked with all kitchen items. Wonderful game room for all to enjoy, spacious bedrooms, closets and family room. The location is ideal. Walking distance to beach, market, vineyard and playground. Looking forward to repeating our experience!!

Very well stocked house, in incredibly private location. Open stairway makes it not ideal for very young kids, but very comfortable for others. Walking to Cold Storage Beach a real plus.

It’s a lovely spacious home, with three levels. The basement has a TV and play station, table tennis table, and lots of board games. On the main floor, the kitchen was spacious, there were large dining area and living room with comfortable couches. The upstairs was a bit stuffy (we stayed during a very warm week), but had two nice bedrooms and a full bathroom. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard for evening gatherings. Only two small complaints: the mattress on the main floor futon was shot. Impossible to sleep on. Also, we weren’t enchanted with Cold Storage Beach. It’s a long half mile walk from the house, and the water, while warm, is loaded with seaweed most of the time. Our grandchildren wouldn’t go in it! However, Corn Hill Beach, about fifteen minutes away by car, was much nicer in every respect. But all in all, we’d stay at this property again. It had everything we wanted for our family.

This home is in great condition. Comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture for gathering with family or relaxing on the porch to read. Very private location at end of a single lane side street, so no noise from neighbors or traffic. Bocce court was a fun bonus. Mindy communicated with us ahead of our stay to make check in seamless. We highly recommend !

Mindy's house exceeded all our expectations -- it's spacious with a great layout for both both entertaining and downtime with family and friends. The location is ideal: walkable to the beach, corner market, restaurant, ice cream AND winery, but also very private -- you can't see neighbors from anywhere on the property! Mindy was very responsive anytime we had questions. We really loved our stay at this house and hope to return in future summers.

We enjoyed our stay at this North Truro very private property. The house was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and an outdoor shower which we used. The kitchen was lovely and the owners supplied us with everything we needed. Thank you for that. Huge lobster pot, and just everything was.comfortable. Also there is a ping pong table which my grandson loved and used on a daily basis. Thank you.

In short, wow. This is a wonderful house in an unbeatable location. Walkable and bikeable to the beach and to a market (with awesome breakfast sandwiches and bagels), great seafood at Captain’s Choice, and Chequesett Chocolates. Surrounded by conservation land but a short drive to the national seashore, Provincetown, and outer cape activities. We got a national parks pass and spent time at Herring Cove, Race Point, and Marconi beaches. House was comfy, clean, spacious. Owners were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Lots of fun games in the house including ping pong. Great outdoor spaces for eating, lounging, and star gazing. If you go with kids, check out the Puma Park playground nearby. My 6 year old rates the house “10 stars.” I have to agree.

Family of five including three children ages 18-21-24. Perfect comfortable home as advertised with great location, lovely second story deck for morning coffee and star gazing. Close walk to bay for amazing sunsets and short drive to awesome ocean side beaches. Very peaceful location with great privacy and nice short ride along water into Ptown. I highly recommend Ciro & Sals for amazing vibe and Italian food as well. Will definitely stay again when in N Truro next. Thanks Mindy!

If your looking for a family friendly home this should be on your list. 4 bedrooms 3 Bathrooms was ideal for our family. I wouldn't say it was ideal for a family with very young children but it certainly met our needs. The house is situated within walking distance to one beach and a short ride to a number of others. There's a good restaurant , shops and winnery all within walking distance.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at your beautiful home! Four adults and 4 teenage boys were very comfortable and the house was so nicely laid out and decorated. We loved the spacious feel of the home and the deck and all of the furniture were just great. We spent time walking the conservation trails down to Cold Storage Beach; mornings on the deck with coffee and books til the boys woke up :) Afternoons at Herring Cove and Head of the Meadow beaches where we grilled out on the beach. Stopping off at the fish market to bring home cherrystones, oysters, shrimp cocktails and chowder to enjoy on the deck. We all very much enjoyed our time - it was so relaxing! We would love to visit again.

The house was fantastic and we really hope Mindy and her family have a great rental season! Super large rooms, fantastic renovated and modern kitchen, plenty of social seating areas (indoors and out) so our big group could spread out. Very conveniently located to Provincetown, Wellfleet and the many surrounding smaller towns and beaches. We recommend buying a town beach pass for access to all Truro beaches-- which offer much variety and levels of accessibility. With thoughtful consideration to guests of all ages, the owners have many games available and we really had a good time with the ping-pong table too! The basement is a great hand-out space and super-cool on hot and muggy days. We will never rent a house again without A/C...it was just great!

Great property owners, quick, responsive. Property was beautiful, very clean and they didn't miss a trick, there was every amenity that you could think of to make for a perfect get away. Would definitely rent this location again. 5 stars :)

This house was perfect for us and our adult children. The house was spacious, comfortable and modern. The owners were very responsive to our needs. My family would love to stay here again if we have another all adult vacation.
