Estimado Jorge,Gracias por escribirnos.No entiendo su comentario, pero muchas gracias por tomar su tiempo para escribirnos.Gracias por darnos su opinion sobre el manejo de la evacuación.Todavía tengo que comentar su punto de vista ya que me parece haber equivoco, sobre lo que es una evacuación, en el momento de la evacuación no se dan instrucciones de como evacuar, para eso existen instrucciones en las habitaciones, que me parece Ud. no presto atención en el momento de alojarse, lo que recomendaría hacerlo en el futuro.Una evacuación, es algo para que salga del local lo mas rápido posible, y no hay instrucciones en el momento, porque ha en la habitación y hay señalética en todo el hotel para facilitarlo.Tengo que decirlo también, que se hay una evacuación, es porque hay peligro, y la seguridad de las personas debe ser protegida.Lamentablemente Sr. Jorge, tengo que decirlo que el hotel hijo muy bien todo el proceso, y ha siempre seguido las instrucciones de las autoridades, que son los que mejor lo saben.Como Ud. se apercibió, no hubo heridos ni atrópelos, y eso es lo mas importante, si hubo molestia, es verdad, nadie quiere estar en la situación que estuvimos, pero estamos todos salvos, malgrado el accidente grave, pero después de todos estarán bien, nadie lo quiere entender que ja hubo muchas cosas muy malas en la ciudad, y se olvidan que lo mas importante es la protección de las persons.Muchas gracias por sus comentarios que nos ayudaran en el futuro.Cordialmente,Jorge Tito
