Los baños estaban sucios, las sábanas estaban manchadas, no tienen su propio parqueo, por el precio que pagué si quiera me hubieran incluido el desayuno fui a preguntar y me dijeron que no estaba incluido, me queda una mala experiencia.

El Hotel es muy bueno, un inconveniente con un señor nuevo en recepción en su atención, pero eso no opaca lo buenos que es y lo amable que es el resto del personal desde la recepcion y la mucamas. En cuanto a las Camas son muy blandas para personas que sufrimos de la espalda. A futuro deberian dar la opcion de colchon duro o blando.

El olor de la marihuana por este lugar resultó excesivo, el hotel muy bueno, funcional y económico pero lamentablemente la ciudad por aquí está terrible

Cómodo y buena ubicación en downtown
Buena ubicación . Hotel cómodo. Cerca de Wall Street y el centro financiero. Califiqué mal la limpieza porque pedí que limpiaran el cuarto diariamente y no lo hicieron. Cuidado al estacionarse frente al hotel, ponen multa de $115 , porque es espacio para taxis. Buen servicio de front desk.

Spectacular hotel!
Great hotel, nice people at the front desk. Due the COVID room service is not available, you have to take out the garbage. Pick up towels and toilet paper at front desk when you need it. They refill the coffee and water with no cost. I really enjoy my stay in AC hotel

The property was nice and clean but wasn't the most convenient to navigate to/from when you aren't utilizing Uber. The 2 major inconveninces were the fact that there wasn't a microwave available on site and the only ice machine in the entire building was located on the 3rd floor and if my recollection is correct, there were over 20 floors in total. The staff did explain it was due to "one bad apple" but it was still frustrating.

Very nice modern hotel. Well located in the business district just far enough away from the hustle and bustle and right by the water. Rooms were a bit tight for 4 people but with the large windows, gave it a very open feel so it wasn't too bad. Fridge was nice and good size. The bathroom had great amenities and effecient design for a smaller room. The shower design is amazing and a joy to use. HOWEVER. Whoever decided that the bathroom have a sliding glass door, that does not seal completely...meaning, it's the same as there being no door...did not think this through. In such a compact room, I don't need to have access to all the smells and sounds coming from the bathroom, just like I'm also in there at the same time. That was a complete fail. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. There is NO parking provided by, or associated with the hotel. This was not clear on the listing description (where is says offsite parking is available). Yes, parking is available, if you can find it! I circled around for 30 minutes till I found a quiet small road lot (which actually ended up being an amazing)... but no help from the hotel. So book your parking in advance if you stay here. Also, this hotel is a bit of a walk from any subway line, so keep that in mind. Aside from that, it was a nice hotel and we had a great view on the water.

The place was well-cleaned and felt very secure. We had an amazing view! I would highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included in the hotel rate (not complimentary). Overall, I would give 5-stars because of its location, safety and how clean it was.
