Nice layout!

Great layout for two couples. Bedrooms separated by kitchen/living area. Each had an en suite bathroom! Very clean. Nice neighborhood

Quiet and Close!

Great place to stay, roomy beyond belief and quiet. Just far enough from downtown Nashville to let you forget you are there but close enough that you can ride share to most anything fairly easily and at a good price. Workout areas close by and a huge park with many activities. Unique place to eat and get coffee just a short walk away. Definitely a place to stay again.

Good place away from the Downtown madness, but in close proximity to everything.

The unit is clean!!! Probably the cleanest I’ve stayed at in a long time. It’s conveniently located to Vanderbilt/ Centennial Park. The parking is 3 stars. The 2 bedroom condo is spacious. However, there is only one smallish sofa, that photographs well, but would not be great for an extended period of time like watching a game. The island is spacious, the minimalist dining table worked great for our family of 4. The rooms is very spacious, however there are no dressers or chest of drawers. The closest is large in the primary suite, but there are only a few hangers and you’ll need to hang your wardrobe, there is a iron and ironing board, which helps as you will have to live out of your suitcase or pack hangers. We were in town for a funeral, so going casual was not an option. The kitchen is pretty well stopped with plenty of spices, but no salt and pepper. There is a Keurig coffee machine, on our visit they only had one chai lattes k-cup, no coffee. Fortunately, I always pack my own coffee. There is a sign about using a black washcloth to remove makeup, but there were none present during our stay. We are from Nashville so we drove up in an SUV. It’s midsized, but 205 parking is next to a pillar. The passenger had to get out of the car first and then park, if you’re not driving you’ll likely love this place. In order for this location to be 5 stars in my opinion you need additional confiscating a love seat or sectional, you have the space for it. Also, a dresser in the rooms

Nashville weekend

We really enjoyed our visit to Nashville and the location of this property was convenient for us. Only 20 minute Uber rides to the Grand Ole Opry and Broadway. The rental is VERY spacious and the bedrooms are split with the kitchen and living room in between which was nice for some privacy. One suggestion would be a larger sofa or sectional for more comfortable seating. Currently there is one small sofa and some chairs that are somewhat less than comfortable. Also a heads up to future renters, there are two parking spaces in the parking garage for this unit, but they are very small so a large vehicle or truck is not ideal. Lastly, the person that lives upstairs is extremely heavy-footed and walks around A LOT. That being said, I would stay here again. I would just drive a smaller car and bring some earplugs.

A great flat for a family group in a great location

The pros: The unit was thoughtfully laid out and amenities provided. Beds are comfortable, there are plenty of pillows through few relatively flat ones. Baths have good rainshower pressure and hot water was plentiful. Cons: The sofa seats are low to the ground, making getting up a challenge for the elderly; there is only one chair in the whole unit outside of the dining table that has a standard seating level. There are no grab bars in the bathtubs, nor bathmats for traction. Access to broadcast TV (eg Nightly News) is not available, a notable omission – an antenna would work in this location. An alarm clock or two would help also – I bought one during my stay. Also it was unclear if any of the bowls were microwave-safe, and it was unclear how to operate the thermostat. Summary: Altogether very positive, good, safe location near Vanderbilt. The unit is functionally well laid out. Would recommend to anyone except the frail elderly.
