Luxury in Naples

We had a wonderful vacation for the month of January. It is a very comfortable, modern, open concept home with a gorgeous pool/spa/ bbq area that is very private. We spent many hours around the pool. The home itself came fully stocked with many items we expected to have to buy. The hosts (Jonathan & Natasha) were always available for questions and quickly attended to anything that needed to be done. We had a great time and will definitely return.

The Lap of Luxury...and more!

Our expectations were exceeded when the front door opened. This is the most stylish, smart, turnkey property we have ever rented. The heart of the home is the pool with hot tub and patio overlooking a gorgeous lake. Riverstone is a gated community that has great security and every amenity you can think of. This home is within walking distance of a clubhouse with pool, a complete workout facility, indoor and outdoor basketball courts and tennis courts. The owners of the home are a joy to deal with. The only downside is we had to leave 2 weeks early because of the coronavirus outbreak. We hope to return soon!

Exceeded Expectations

From booking through departure, Jonathan was so easy to work with, always accessible and responsive. He wanted to make sure that all of our needs were met and that we were happy. The home is exactly as pictured, maybe better. Every detail was well thought out. From the quality of every appliance, to the amount of closet/drawer space, to the quality of the couches, beds, lounge chairs, bbq, pool lights. ..all of it was perfect. Jonathan also set it up where the lights, fans, lanai screens etc can be controlled using an ipad. The location of the home is such that there are only neighbors on one side. We hardly saw them. We were looking for a tranquil vacation in a well kept, luxurious home and that is what we got. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

Beautiful home in a friendly neighborhood!

From the moment we entered this home, we were impressed! Everything was spotless, clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated in modern design. The Stirling's were very helpful (even though they were in Switzerland) when we had questions or needed assistance with anything. The neighborhood is very pet friendly and we enjoyed our walks around the property meeting neighbors. The gated community made us feel very safe but welcome also. We were able to entertain our friends with ease and we all enjoyed the outdoor grille/hot tub/pool area. The beds and pillows were so comfortable (very important to me); the washer/dryer was first class; the kitchen had everything needed for cooking (including a Nespresso machine which we loved!) The Stirling's have thought of every detail in an executive rental home. We would have rented next January too, but they already had it rented.

Our family had a great trip to Naples and the home owners were very accommodating. The home is decorated well and includes quality, costly finishes and furniture, it was very enjoyable. We spent a ton of time in the outdoor lanai, it is heavenly and we enjoyed chilling there and watching TV with the water features in the background. We spent Thanksgiving in the home and had our feast at the outdoor table, it could not have been more perfect. Also, the home owners allowed us to bring our small Pomeranian dog, that was outstanding. Truly 5 stars

This house is perfect for a great holiday in peace and security. the decor is beautiful, the bedding excellent and each room has bathroom and separate toilet. We come to Naples every year for a shopping trip, we've been coming for 12 years now. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed! The community is beautiful, the house is perfect, quiet, and clean! I loved taking my kids to the clubhouse splash pad and playground! Beautiful House!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing vacation here. The house is Beautiful! The outdoor space is so special from the pool to the TV with a sitting space. Located in a gated community. Close to many stores and restaurants. Very clean and beautifully decorated with everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. John and Natasha couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating. Their manager Paul was also a delight. I HIGHLY recommend this house.

Natasha and Jonathan could not have been nicer. It was nice to finally meet an owner of a rental property on VRBO. We were greeted with homemade cookies on our arrival, which were delicious. We were oriented to the house and clubhouse. The house and pool were beautiful. The house was well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. We spent a lot of time by the pool, and ate the majority of our meals outside. We had 2 small issues which were fixed promptly. The neighborhood is a great place to take evening walks. This beautiful and amazing house gave us a vacation of luxury!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and spent a lot of our time in and around the outdoor living space. The pool and spa were a fantastic and relaxing area that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our morning walks in the lovely gated community were a great way to start the day. Jonathan, the home owner, was in contact with us to make sure everything was to our expectations and if we had any problems. The kitchen was a ideal place for cooking with a well equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. I loved the knives!!! The master bedroom was a beautiful room with an ensuite bathroom and vanity that was to die for. Our two children enjoyed their own bedrooms each with their own king size bed and own bathrooms. This was an ideal place for our vacation that we thoroughly enjoyed. Jonathan even had a bottle of champagne chilling for us on our arrival, which we enjoyed at the house after the fireworks on the beach in Naples on New Years Eve. I would recommend this home for a relaxing vacation and have already done so to our friends. Thank you Jonathan and Natasha for opening your beautiful home to our family! John and Sandy

Simply Amazing

This home is even more beautiful than the photos. Absolute luxury at its best. Every detail of the home was taken into consideration. The king beds were amazingly comfortable. The 65" TV's blew us away. Sitting outside by the magnificent pool watching spectacular sunsets were like a fairytale. If I could give 10 stars here I would. Just perfect!!!
