Room was dirty/dusty. Air conditioning didn’t work. Reception closes at 5pm so nothing gets sorted till the next day. Great spot opposite the beach however customer service/reception could do with some improvement.

Hi Hassan,We apologize the air conditioning wasn't working when you arrived but was repaired the next morning. Our reception is open to 6.00 pm on Friday & we have an after-hour service when our reception is closed. We were unable to change apartments that night as we were fully booked. The staff provided you with a complimentary voucher at the local restaurant to compensate you.I will follow up with housekeeping about the cleanliness.Once again apologies for the a/c not working when you arrived. It's within walking distance to the Shops, Dining & across the road from the beach.Our property doesn't have any food & beverage, but right outside our door is at least 8 cafes & restaurants catering for breakfast, lunch & dinner.We do have very detailed instructions to check-in after hours & we have a after - hour service provider which takes all phone calls after hours.We hope to see you back on Mooloolaba soon.All the BestBrett ThompsonGeneral Manager

When I booked a studio apartment it had ocean views when I got there I was allocated a pool view so was dissatisfied at that then we find lilies on the floor so cleaning was poor location great staff polite but please allocate the right rooms and cleaners pay little more attention to the floor

Over the years the majority of apartments have had the Spa Bath replaced with a walk-in shower. But we still have demand for the Spas. Amazing views from our room.
We absolutely loved our unit with such an amazing view of the beach - we were in room 677. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the balcony.
The only issue was that the shower was over a small spa bath and it was quite high a high step to get into and out of the shower.
Otherwise we loved everything about the Landmark Resort.

Fantastic location, great parking, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Place is a little dated, cleaning could be a little better and reduce the smell of the hallway carpet deodorant.

It has it all!
Modern comfortable room that was close to everything we needed. The room had all the bits needed for self catering as well as being walking distance to surf club, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. The bed was to die for!! Fantastic stay with lovely reception staff! Highly recommended:)
