Very Comfortable Home

Base Camp K2 was very nice and very comfortable. there was plenty of room for our family to stretch out. The interior of the condo is beautiful. There is a well-stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs.

Clean and spacious with a great view!

One of the best places we’ve stayed. Everything was clean, the beds and couches were comfy, the bathrooms were clean and well-designed, and the mountain view we woke up to was spectacular! The housing complex felt really safe and was a nice place to walk our dogs in the morning. Watch out for coyotes in the field across the street!

Awesome place to stay

Such a great place. Very clean, very convenient, and all around just felt like home away from home. In line gas grill was a huge plus. Garage has a bike mechanic stand plus racks to hang them. Patio is gorgeous and nice to relax In. Book this place now. You’ll be glad you did.

Great space to relax in Moab

We spent 3 nights at this property in April and loved the space! It was clean, quiet, well stocked and had comfy beds. The private hot tub was a plus! The big garage was also nice for all our gear so we didn't bring all the dust and sand inside.

The Views!!

It was wonderful!! There was so much space and he view from the patio was stunning! There's a tiny restaurant called Hidden Cuisine that has an amazing breakfast. The only qualm we had was that of the 6 chairs 4 of them can't be sat in due to damage and the shower head in the master suit sprays in every which direction.

The property has a beautiful view, is spacious and clean. Checking in and out was very easy. There were not really enough towels for an adventurous group of 7 and the bed in the master bedroom is very firm.

Very little if any amenities like condiments, laundry soap, wash cloths and towels, TV choices. Nice place to stay, comfortable beds, beautiful views, quiet area, but priced quite a bit higher than other comparable places we’ve stayed in Moab.

K2 Condo

Our experience was super! The condo fit our group of 4 adults and 2 kids + our canine buddy:). The overall usability and layout was perfect. Our group did a lot of cooking which was well accommodated by the kitchen! Location was beautiful, scenic and quiet- with a view of the Moab Rim our one picture window and if the La Sal Mtns our the other. Only critique is that the flooring going into the living room is starting to come unglued. We taped it down as it was a bit trippy. Otherwise we really liked the K2 Condo!
