Family vacation 2025

Family of 12 loved the home. Lots of space to spread out. Young adults loved the golf carts and bicycles. Sandestin has so much to offer. The beach is just a short distance and we loved going in the golf carts.Fishing right off your balcony as you grill dinner. Owners were excellent.

Fabulous stay

My nieces and I just got back from Sandestin and absolutely loved the house. It was very comfortable and in a great location. The golf cart is a must and we never needed a car the whole time we were there. We easily got a hold of the owner, who was wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect family get away!

This is the perfect house for several families or couples. Everything was stocked very well from beach chairs, towels, toys, kitchen ware etc. Also, the golf cart was extremely convenient for all of us as well as the second one. Thanks, James, for the wonderful communication and quick responses. We appreciate you letting us check in earlier as well. We can't wait to book our next trip!

Very Positive Experience

We enjoyed our stay. Sandestin is a beautiful gated community away from crowds of Destin. The location of property for the beach and Baytowne Wharf was very convenient. The weather was the best we ever had. The owner was was very accommodating. Good choice!

Golf Trip

House was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for us to relax after a round of golf. Great location with golf cart to easily get around the resort and to Baytowne Wharf. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of room!

It is very difficult to find a home that can accommodate 8 adults with everyone having their own bathroom. There is an additional room with bunk beds if you have children. There is an area upstairs with a sitting area that would be perfect for kids! This home has the best layout in Sandestin! And we have stayed in about 15 different homes!

Incredible !!

One of the MUSTS at SanDestin is access to a golf cart… We ordered 2 for our stay.. Upon our arrival, we noticed that both carts were not there… The property owner contacted us and said both were in for repairs and should be delivered that afternoon… Instead of a repaired cart, our owner delivered a BRAND NEW 6 seater for us to use… The following day, he also delivered the second 4 seater… He communicated with us frequently to keep us in the loop… The entire stay was an incredible experience for us… Highly recommend this place…

Awesome Property

The owner, Mr O’Brien, was so helpful & made our stay wonderful!!! The only thing I would recommend that since the house can accommodate 12 people that two 6 seaters golf carts would be available instead of 4 seaters!! Overall, I would stay again & recommend to any large families!! Thx again Mr. O’Brien for everything!!

Great property, awesome resort

Property was just as described in listing except that the 2nd golf cart wasn’t available to us due to maintenance or mechanical issues. Owner was honest with me about this and refunded my money, but the second cart would have helped us tremendously as we picked the home due to the listing having that as an option. He was very responsive to a couple of other minor issues as well. Appreciate the communication. Thanks
