Lo peor de lo peor
Sin lugar a dudas el peor hotel donde me he quedado El hotel esta muy viejo, mal mantenido y sucio. El servicio es terrible, discuti con la gente de recepción por que no me hicieron el cuarto me prometieron que no volveria a pasar y al dia siguiente otra vez no hicieron el cuerto y en cima en ligar de pedirme disculpas me hecharon pleito por pedir que me den toallas limpias y limpien el cuarto. Al dia siguiente una gerente me pidio disculpas y se comprometio a reembolsarme 1 noche por todos estos problemas y eso nunca sucedio, puras promesas incumplidas. Me dieron toallas rotas y sucias, sabanas con sangre y las cortinas llenas de pelos. El restaurante que tienen para desayunar es muy malo y no se da abasto. Anteriormente ya me habia quedado en otros hoteles Hilton bastante malos, pero definitivamente este si es el peor de todos y por mucho

La puerta de la habitación no abría fácilmente, se atoraba y tenía que empujarla para poderla abrir , las cortinas para cerrarlas o abrirlas estaban muy duras, el cajón del buró estaba chueco, en general necesitaba mantenimiento la habitación que me dieron

La persona q me atendió en el Check in No fue amable ni descortés… Le pedí algunos datos y no me los dió… y no se quiso comprometer. Pues yo había llegado en la mañana y quería planear mi dia para llegar a hacer el check in. Y no sabía nada… pues hay q entrenarlo. Yo llegué a las 7am del dia 13 de nov y fue un muchacho que no sabía…ustedes pueden verificarlo y ENTRENARLO para ser servico al cliente. Una lástima

From afar you can see an imposing hotel, when you arrive you are a little disappointed by the treatment of the staff, then you get to the room and you are more disappointed, the room smelled strange, it is a hotel that should invest more in the infrastructure, it looks and feels Old, they need to be updated, everything smelled old.

La mejor vista, el mejor servicio, personal capacitado de alta gama, mejor trato de personal , transportación al y del aeropuerto, amables los conductores , excelencia en todos los servicios……solo un negrito en el arroz del personal del bar,…..espere quince minutos y nunca fui atendido el día 29 de agosto.

llegamos y dejamos el equipaje en conserje y cuando regresamos en la noche para hacer check in ya no había servicio de conserje y el elevador no funcionaba. subimos a la habitación por el elevador de servicio. hotel muy descuidado no parece un hilton

Lo unico que no me gusta de la propiedad que en la picina no puedes poner tu bocinita con musica...primera vez que veo algo semejante...no se si estava en un convento ho en una picina...le pregunte al menanger y me contesto que es el que manda y no quiere que pongan musica...por tanto para la proxima vere de ospedarme en otro lugar....porque las vacaciones es para pasarla bien no para estar lleno de proibiciones.. .
