The service from the guys in the reception, especially Andrew, was excellent and very helpful. He did us an upgrade of our room and it was awesome, beautiful and nice views of the waterfront and skylines. Our room was pretty, with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and dinning-room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The gym and the pool are very useful. Laundry works very well also. The location is fantastic, it is near to train and walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars and places to visit.

Good Location 2 min walk to tram stop, and free trams in the CBD. We stayed on the 13th Floor so above the surrounding office buildings. Rooms were clean and nice. TV was a little small. Some of the bathroom ares showing age but everything worked.

There seemed to be no staff training or accountability. Every issue was unreported and/ or ignored. Everywhere you looked there were problems to be addressed but no-one seemed to care

The room was fantastic on the first day, but upon returning for the second day, we found our beds unmade and no fresh towels provided. When inquired, we were informed it wasn't included in our package, which was quite surprising and disappointing.

I loved this property for many reasons, the staff were amazing and so polite, the room was beautiful, and it was clean and affordable. I would stay here again for sure, and likely will. I did find the bed uncomfortable and hard and the partition down the middle was uneven. I will likely go for a queen bed if I stay again rather than the king. I did order room service and was looking forward to that but in all honesty it wasn't very good and so I ordered uber eats the rest of my stay. There were some crumbs and dust inside some of the cupboards but it was easily overlooked I'm guessing. Overall I still think this is one of the nicest places I've stayed in this price range.

一歳の娘と家族3人で宿泊しました。事前リクエスト通りキングサイズベッドの部屋で、リビングダイニングも広々としておりよかったです。 唯一の難点はエントランスが６段ほどの階段になっておりベビーカーを運ぶのが大変でした。(車椅子用の昇降機はありましたが毎回スタッフを呼ぶ必要があり時間もかかるので一回しか使いませんでした) それ以外はとても快適な滞在でした:)

Hotel staff are rude, unhelpful and looked miserable, not once in my stay did I get greeted walking into hotel. I was allocated a room on level 10 the noise from this room was unbearable. There was a crane that started work at 5:45am setting up and fixing windows on the adjacent hotel the W. This went for 2 days. I spoke with management and was then placed in a new room on level 20, that room had no air-conditioning. Had a windows that wasn’t sealed so made a windy noise all night. You could here trams, emergency services ext. the taps in bathroom are terribly hard to mix water temperature, room are stuffy, dusty and cause irritation if you have asthma. Public area are always messy, pool level access is full of housekeeping trolleys. With used linen. Makes for hard access. Pool is small and always overcrowded, the chemicals in spa are overwhelming. Restaurant is crazy priced, staff treat you like your a number and have no customer service skills or professionalism. Homeless drug effected persons sleep next door in shop front, this is confronting and make you feel very unsafe. Drugs are crazy is Melbourne so is the homelessness, people can be seen sleeping urinating and taking drugs in shop fronts and on streets. They seem to be around the secure parking we’re my car was parked and entry to hotel on market st. I left the hotel 2 days early and drove home, won’t be back & will be speaking to head office and seeking a refund for the days inconvenienced.

Likes: Comfortable beds, spacious room, SmartTV, kitchen facilities, view, closeness to public transportation (Flinders Street train station, tram stops) and shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Excellent takeaway coffee. Complimentary drink at the bar. Perfectly heated lap pool and nice warm whirlpool. Dislikes: Breakfast service. On a busy morning, the following statements were made in our party: "Worst hashbrowns I've ever had", "the frittata is okay", "the bacon is disgusting but it's edible if you eat it with the frittata", "scrambled eggs inedible", "Croissants should not be allowed to be called croissants. Dry and bread-like. Dry bread. Banana cupcake was tasty." On a less busy morning, the bacon and omelette (cooked to order) was good. Bathroom felt outdated, with a beat-up tub, nothing to hold on to when climbing in and out of it. No extra toilet paper roll in the cabinet for the first and third day. No tissues on the first day. Weird soap bar that left your hands feeling waxy. Shower products not sustainably packaged - small bottles that barely provided enough product for two people. If you are considering renovations, please also consider installing refillable soap and shampoo/conditioner dispensers.

The hotel was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for the three of us (one adult and two children). We were very happy with the pool which was well maintained and the perfect temperature.
