Never got there due to being unable to get up the unpaved road and not being told to come a different way than our GPS on my van until after midnight and we had been driving for 12 plus hours. The owner wanted us to take another road which would have taken us another hour and a half. I was not pleased and she stated it was not her problem. Not a good experience at all with this host. I had no problems AT ALL with the other two hosts at all during my other vacations but this one was not at all a good experience…

The place was nice and the host was amazing, it's just the grill was outside in the wilderness. It would be nicer to put the grill on an elevated place or inside some sort of fence. This way one can grill without fear of potential wildlife.

Our family absolutely loved this place! Beautiful location, beautiful little town. The home was very welcoming and cozy. The hosts outdid themselves providing so much information about the area. We visited the "Outlook" and it was so beautiful! Thank you!!!

The property is in good location in a very quite town of Meadview. Owner was responsive when we asked about broken door jamb and we were visited in the afternoon to confirm that the issue would be fixed post our stay.

Perfect for the do it yourselfers. Recommended to bring your food to cook or make. Has full kitchen. Not many food places. However I like to make our own food. So perfect. Beds great. Clean sheets/ bed covers and blankets. Clean towels. Owner/host quick to respond. 10 outta 10! Thank you

Great stay. We spent one night heading home from the grand canyon. Located very close to the grand canyon and perfect for us to get some sleep before hitting the road again. Property owner had wonderful communication.

I traveled to Meadview with 2 cousins, my aunt, and my grandma. Our home was exactly as listed and our host was very communicative and even gave us some local suggestions! The home was clean and equip with everything we needed. I would definitely come back here.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. It was nice and peaceful. If you like amazing sunsets and breathtaking sunrises, the location of this home will provide pleanty for you to enjoy. There is a turn out just a few minutes where you can see part of lake mead. It's a great location for to see the sunsets and sunrises. Grand Canyon West is just about 35 to 40 minutes away and Kingman, along route 66 is just about an hour away. We are looking forward to coming back again in the near, near future.

This is a great alternative to stating in a hotel if you are planning to visit the Grand Canyon West, Kingman, Oatman, the Hoover Dam or Las Vagas. Meadview is a bit remote, but so is everything else in that area.
