The first room we checked in had a mouse, so they moved us to another room. The person at the front desk (Fatima) was really friendly and tried to be helpful but it took them pretty long time to find another room. Every time we tried to check on it, I had to go downstairs, bc the phone in the room didn't work to call the front desk. The room they gave us was smaller (queen) than what we paid for (king), so they promised to find us yet another room in the morning. Tried to take a shower in the morning, took a really long time to get warm water, it kept coming cold. Mid morning switched rooms again. That room was king, but had brown water for the next two days we stayed. Trying to call front desk from the room phone was not an option either, the receiver was there but not connected to the base, just sitting there for decoration. We also had some food and we requested a fridge. On the morning when we had to move rooms yet again (from queen to king) I told them we really needed to go, we were late, and couldn't wait for somebody to come and take the fridge. They promised they'll do it. Came back, the food is in the room but no fridge, it was all just in the trash bag sitting on the table. Another call to the front desk.
So for all the inconvenience, especially for the mouse in the room on the first night, they said they are not going to charge us for that first night. I just checked with Expedia, the refund was NOT approved. WTH?! But guess what? The staff is friendly (eye roll)
