Great location, close to Village and great place.

We just enjoyed a great time with the family at David’s place. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, beds were super comfy and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us to enjoy our time relaxing in the evenings. The location is great, shuttle is literally right there and you can walk to the village in just under 10 minutes …. David is very to easy to reach and responds to any questions very fast ! We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to lifts. Enjoyed our time skiing with our family. Otherwise didn’t find it that convenient to get around outside of village. I think it has been high season but vents and fans very dirty. Fireplace and at least one heater not working so got very cold in main room. Toaster needs to be replaced. Not trying to complain just giving honest feedback. Thank you!

Mammoth Getaway

We had a great time at this condo. The set up was perfect for us - 2 families with a total of 4 kids and 2 adults on this trip. The kids loved the loft area with the playstation and many board games available. The foosball table was a bit wobbly so did not get as much use as we expected. The kitchen was well stocked including a welcome kit with everything we needed. We would love to stay at this condo again.

Perfect Place for Families

Just ended a great stay in Mammoth at this Condo. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The two master bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect for our two families so everyone could have their own space. The bunk room was great for our kids and they loved playing in the loft area. It is a lot of stairs for little kids, but there was a baby gate in the closet that came in handy with our two year old. They provided a starter kit of essential items that lasted our two families for the week. This was a great location with the trolly stop right out front and the Village within walking distance. We spent most of the time out on the lakes and they were all a short drive away. We would 100% stay here again.

Loved Everything About It

This is a wonderful condo with plenty of space, a great kitchen for cooking and is well stocked! We loved the proximity to Canyon Lodge as well as a quick 10 minute walk down to the village. We took the kids and walked to dinner which was perfect! Bringing luggage in/out is not for the weary bc there are lots of stairs, but it’s worth it for this fantastic location! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place in central location

This place had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids. Very well stocked, great amenities, balcony with grill (didn’t think it would have a grill based on description, but it did :-)). David was very responsive. Power had gone out in upstairs bedroom. I messaged him to find out where the fuse box was and he responded in less than a minute. Will stay there again.

Beautiful property. Perfect for our group. Shuttle right out the door to ski lifts and village.

Super nice property owner who answered my emails within minutes and addressed any concerns immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Summer getaway

House was very clean, close to lakes, adventure parks, shopping, and restaurants. It was warm outside but there was a nice breeze in the afternoon in the house. Kids loved the bunk beds. Overall loved the house and would do it again.

Perfect place to stay!

We stayed at this lovely condo close to Canyon lodge. Perfect for our family of 6. A few very minor issues that I pointed out to the property owners upon arrival only to so they were aware when it came to the deposit refund. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. One bathroom for each bedroom is a real plus! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Weekend getaway

Such a cute place and well decorated ! I am not a fan of staying in vrbos as i am a hotel gal! But this place was far nicer than the westin next door! Its super clean and has all the nice to haves of a home Keurig, wine glass, dishes, soap, TP, etc! The game room loft was a hit with the kids! And the comfy beds were a hit with us adults! The two master bedrooms are big! And the kids 4 bunks was perfect for 2 kids that were able to rotate beds each night! The only thing that needed a bit of TLC are the 3 bathrooms showers/tub but to be honest nothing big they are updated just not fully remodeled like the rest of the home... lastly the location its great! Right in front of bus stop!! Its a 2 min drive to the village and 2nd or 3rd stop on bus! Also its also the 3 rd stop on the bus from canyons! I mean my kids loved taking the bus in mammoth! And covered parking was amazing and guest parking was also soo perfect as we had our friends join us for dinner one night and it was a nice to have! Oh and not to forget the host was amazing in communicating which i appreciate soooo much! ... we will for sure be renting this place again winter getaway for sure!

Beautiful remodeled condo in older complex

The owner was very responsive and initiated contact in providing details and info about the condo. The place was modern inside. There were a handful of items in the condo with issues but I documented and sent photos to the owner so they were aware it was there upon check in (as they do charge a hefty refundable damage fee on booking but will be refunded after stay). The upstairs does get really hot even with the nighttime temp outside in the 40s. Some fans available would be nice as it was difficult to sleep in the heat. Overall nice place that fit 2 families easily.

Beautiful condo, close to village

Great condo, recently renovated in an ideal location. Walk to village, easy parking, on the way to the Lakes where you can fish, hike and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. This condo has it all and makes it easy to enjoy the beautiful mountains, in style. Owner was attentive, communicative and a pleasure to work with. I will stay here again, which says it all.

Family get away

Great location, 10 minute walk to village and 10-15 minute drive to Lake Mary and Twin lakes. We all had an amazing time at condo making memories.

Great place!

We were super excited that we found this rental. We have stayed at a lot of different places in Mammoth through out the years, and this has been our favorite. Great place for the family and friends! For those looking for a great nights rest, the beds are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this place!
