Hello Daljit,First, I would like to thank your feedback.Alegranza is very sorry about all the inconveniences, please receive our deepest apologies.The 500 usd refers to a Hold to a credit card in case of damages and it is applied upon check in; and the 199.99 usd charge is the "Resort Fee" (the Resort fee is to enjoy of all our amenities); this charge is quoted through Expedia when a client is booking appearing at the breakdown. Expedia does not charge it, it means that event when it appears part of the payment, you will pay it directly at the Hotel upon check in; Expedia states this payment at the Reservation Confirmation sent to the client.The information about both charges is found at our Expedia listing information.We are very glad we fixed the inconveniences found at the unit, allowing you to stay the rest of your days comfortably, our commitment with our guests is to provide the best experience at our property. Dear Guest, We regret to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay this time at our property. Please note that your feedback is very important to us. In reference to your comment related to the beds, we have checked your reservation files, and we have no records of any specific bed request. Likewise, we always encourage our guests to inform us of any discomfort during their stay, as our staff is very accommodating and we could have moved you to another unit. Regarding the internet, we will be sure to follow up internally on this isolated instance. Alegranza is on fiber optic and would have preferred if you had told us during your stay to check it out. In our continuous energy-saving efforts, the thermostats in the units have been adjusted to a minimum temperature of 72 degrees, but we can always change this setting to a lower temperature as per guest’s request. We have checked with our staff, but unfortunately, we don’t show any reports. We regret we didn’t have the opportunity to change your experience during your stay. Again, we appreciate our guest’s opinion in our continuous efforts to enhance our services as we constantly strive to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. We invite you to visit us again soon, so we can change this experience for an unforgettable holiday with the utmost values in service and attentions which we are recognized for.
