  • This stylish and contemporary home in Stratford offers a vibrant yet welcoming retreat, perfectly suited to families, friends or business travellers wanting to stay within easy reach of central London. Blending bold design with warm, homely touches, the property provides a comfortable and characterful base for both short breaks and extended stays.

    The house comfortably accommodates up to five guests and is arranged over the ground and first floor, accessed via a single flight of stairs. It features two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with a double bed, along with a modern family bathroom complete with a shower over bath.

    The bright living area is thoughtfully arranged with two striking blue sofas positioned opposite each other, creating a sociable and inviting setting ideal for relaxing or entertaining. A feature fireplace and wall mounted television form the focal point, while soft lighting, natural wood accents and curated artwork add warmth and personality. The adjoining dining area makes a bold statement with vibrant yellow walls, an overhead skylight and large glass doors that flood the space with natural light and open directly onto the private garden. This seamless indoor to outdoor flow enhances the sense of openness and energy. The space also includes a single sofa bed, offering flexible additional sleeping accommodation.

    The contemporary kitchen is finished with elegant grey cabinetry, crisp white worktops and a classic tiled splashback. Fully equipped with modern appliances, including an integrated oven, hob and microwave, it combines practicality with clean-lined design.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
