Está bien ubicado y fácil acceso. Baño sin extractor y la iluminación es con puras lamparas y se ve poco claro, la calefacción y A/c nunca funcionó. Además que cobran hasta las aguas que ponen en la habitación.

El día de mi check out housekeeping no toco mi puerta solo la abrieron a las 8:30 - 9:00 am/ tienen que tocar antes de entrar aún estaba dormida cuando ellos deciden entrar! Al notificar a recepción nada más fue un “perdón eso no puede pasar” de supone iban a quitarme el “resort fee” pero no lo vi en mi cuenta cuando te regresan el depósito.

I booked this because it was cheap and it was cheap for a reason. The rooms are outdated and the place needs a renovation, but it was clean. The bathtub had cracks in it, the non smoking room I got reeked of smoke, one of the bedside lamps was broken, and there was no fridge in the room. I called the front desk, but nobody answered. When I reported these issues, I was told they could send someone to bring a fridge to the room, so the fridge is on request. You get charged for parking and you get charged a resort fee. Overall, it’s usable, but not enjoyable. I’ll probably try something else next time.

Beautiful views of the lake if you have a room on the lakeside. A little frustrating to pay $20/day for parking on a slow weekend plus $25/day resort fees when the pool and pool area were closed and in disrepair.

They don’t have prices for coke machines and they charge $10 dollars for a 12oz bottle. They put us in a room near registration center and had the music constantly playing all night. Never got to sleep. They haven’t returned any deposit that’s owed to me yet

Over charged, will not stay golden nugget again staff not nice, had to call my bank have charges removed, room is at best ok, no cups in the bathroom, no room service, go ask for cups and staff no nice, then they charge money for cups on bank card.
