Perfect family weekend

This could not have suited us any better. Six bedrooms and three baths gave everyone space. We could all cook in the kitchen and we spread out in the two dining room. there were ten of us. The,location was ideal for Winterfest. Everyone could walk to and from whenever they wanted.

It is always a challenge to find a property for our group as we age. The Nautical Inn was perfect for our group, we could spread out to relax, come together for meals and even enjoy brisk winter walks.Downtown was less than a 4 block walk, and has every kind of food and beverage you could want.We hope to return to the Nautical Inn

We loved the location. We walked everywhere. The 6 of us each had our own room. Loved that. Loved the shower pressure! Well stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware.

Golf trip to Lake Geneva

My friends and I stayed at this property in late August ’24. We had a large group of 10 and this property was great for our crew. - Location is unmatched, walks to many of the downtown ‘hot spots’ plus nearby to quite a few restaurants ‘off strip’ as well. - Very close (<6 minutes’ walk) to the Starbucks down the street, which can get crowded post 8 am so it’s nice to have it so close by. - Easy to drive if you’re going places around the Lake G area (golf to Evergreen, Geneva National, Grand Geneva, Hawks View), etc. as well as easy access to lake area for boat tours, walking the beach, downtown shops and more! The property was ready on time, the property manager and the owner were both very communicative leading up to check in, during check in as well as throughout our stay and afterwards. There is for sure ample parking as well, 6 spots + the street made it very easy to navigate getting there without having to consolidate cars. We look forward to being back in the years to come, 5 stars across the board, thank you!

The Nautical Inn A

House was as advertised and comfortably slept 16 adults for a golf trip. Owners were friendly and responsive when reaching out via email. Also a great location for walking to most of the downtown area. I would rent this property again.

Great Weekend Retreat

This house has everything you could hope for if you are looking for a place to stay in Lake Geneva with a larger group of friends/family. House was great and location is perfect. Less than a five minute walk from downtown. We easily fit ten people in the house. Can't wait to return!

Childhood Friends Reunion

My sisters and I and my friend and her sisters just spent a wonderful weekend at the Nautical Inn. There were 10 of us altogether and the house was just perfect for us. Plenty of beds and some of us even got our own room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels and super comfy beds. We were just 2 blocks from downtown where we boosted the economy with 10 of us doing a lot of shopping!!! There are so many good restaurants in the area and so much to do in LG. Communication was effortless with Samantha, you can tell she really cares about the people that stay at her place.

Family Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Nautical Inn. We had a family of 11 in our group and there was plenty of room for sleeping, socializing, dining, etc. The place is close to the downtown area with everything within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this house for large families.

Perfect home for friends to be together

10 adults celebrating 90th, 80th and 60th birthdays along with a 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of room to relax and visit. 2 bedrooms on the main level were perfect for those that are stairs challenged.
