Second Stay
This was the second year in a row we have stayed in this unit. The low rating for online accuracy was because the listing did not show all the wonderful new furnishings. for what we do in Key West this is an excellent place to stay for the price.

Quaint, quiet and cozy
This is a cozy little apartment in a quiet neighborhood near Duval St. It was far enough off Duval to be away from all the craziness, but just a short walk away when you want to enjoy the nightlife. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied to fix light meals, which definitely helped to save a buck or two. The bathroom is very small, but more than adequate for its purpose. The bed/living room is small with limited sitting area. If you move the chairs to watch tv, it becomes very crowded. As my husband is visually impaired, we chose to just sit on the bed. I would consider hanging the tv on the wall and putting a smaller dresser in to give a little more room. The patio is nice, but the seat near the AC can get a little hot. Overall, I would recommend this property for someone who wants a quiet getaway that is still close to the action.

You get what you pay for April 2023
Unit was clean enough but the bed sounded like it was going to collapse every time someone moved. The bathroom needs LOTS of help. Had to put soap, shampoo etc on the floor, no shelves. Bathroom in general is way too small, and I’m not oversized! Can’t use patio because of AC unit blowing hot air, plus not much room anyway. Won’t stay there again

Cozy cottage that's close to everything.
It's just as advertised and the pictures are accurate. I arrived several hours before check-in and was able to leave my luggage at the rental office. The customer service was very good. They texted me that evening to make sure that everything was okay. They called the next morning--not too early though--and asked about my stay and advised me to call if I needed anything. I did have to call later that day and spoke to Victoria about a maintenance issue. She said that she would send someone over to look at it. I advised her that I was going out for brunch and by the time I returned to the cottage the issue was fixed. Nice cozy "cottage" just a block from Upper Duval. I was able to walk to everything. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Southern Most Cafe and 15-20 minutes to Lower Duval--Sloppy Joe's, Captain Tony's and Mallory Square where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. If you're looking for somewhere to go for breakfast or brunch be sure to check out Frenchy's Cafe, Moon Dog Cafe or Sarabeth's--about a 5 minute walk. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Key West.

The good… GREAT location, good bedroom and decent kitchen The bad…. Our porch was cute but almost unusable since A/C unit blew hot air on it. Also neighbors smoked cigars outside and that reeked. Busted toaster. Bathroom needs more shelving / Hooks. No soap caddy in shower so you have to put soap and shampoos on the floor. Hard to access Could use some kind of divider between kitchen and bedroom. Any light from bathroom or kitchen disturbs sleeper. The ugly.. two nails (pointy side) pointing INTO shower near shower handle. I did report this and hope it’s rectified immediately. Pictures of the bathroom are not accurate. Maybe they’re in the process of remodeling?

Great location
The stay was great. Perfect location – close to everything – just a block off main street - Duval. Quiet and very clean. The property managers were very available by phone and text. We'd stay here again.

The property could use some simple improvements. The bed sounded like it was ready to collapse on the floor every time you moved in it. The toaster in the kitchen did not work. The A/C unit needed to have its filter replaced (it smelled stale and dusty). We were never able to connect to the Wi-Fi they specified. (we were able to use our phone hot spots)
