The property was lovely, a great look over the valley and beautiful garden to amble through . Unfortunately there were a few things that made it a bit disappointing. Firstly the advertising (with photos) made the place appealing for us stating that there were two bedrooms with a double bed in each . There was only one bedroom, the second being locked off with a "Private" sign, leaving one of us to sleep in the sun room on a single bed. The single bed did not have a top sheet which is OK if you do not move in your sleep but once you move the single quilt falls away or leaves a large gap, if the night is warm the quilt is too hot leaving the sleeper with no cover at all.
When walking out onto the balcony from the bedroom, we saw a man through the window which appeared to be part of the room that was locked off making us instantly feel uncomfortable and a bit creeped out.
We were asked to remove our shoes in the house which for me was a challenge as I never go bare foot, there was the offer of winter slip on's to wear as an option but too hot for summer.
There were a few sticky surfaces which made us want to wash things before use, and there was a threatening sign saying if we did not wash the dishes and leave the place tidy (which we would have done anyway), we would be charged extra for cleaning, when we had already paid a cleaning fee and a service fee on top of the accommodation.
I would still recommend the property, it is in a very convenient location with transport easy to access. It has a fantastic view and the house is lovely. Be aware that it is upstairs if you have heavy bags or not able to climb, this was not apparent when we booked.
