Muy linda estadía en el Hapuna Beach Prince. Excelente sección, la comida muy rica, un poco elevada en precio pero nada fuera de lugar para 4 días. Fuera del hotel y en esa zona. O hay mijo para hacer. La gracia está disfrutar de las instalaciones. El pueblo de Kona está ok pero nada lujoso

We loved this place. Everyone was very friendly and nice. The beach is excellent. The little turtle snorkeling area is excellent. A few things that could improve includes 1) more dining options/places, 2) more scheduled activities, and 3) getting blackout curtains in the room.

The service was great! Everyone was so friendly. Liked having the small cafe to get breakfast items. The Lava restaurant was nice and convenient. Loved the cabanas with food/drink service. Sometimes, that service was slow. Being able to rent chairs to take to other beaches was really nice!

I loved this resort. It has gorgeous views at every hour of the day and night. The staff was super friendly, room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the balcony included padded chairs to relax on. There are multiple food options and two small shops for essentials and gifts. Would definitely go back.

I cannot recommend this resort for $800 a night for a hotel room. The people were great but the beach area and pool areas were rundown and umbrellas, chairs, etc.. We’re falling apart peeling paint and worn out patio furniture by the pool. The food was extremely expensive and below average as were the drinks. A huge disappointment for the price.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Our room was wonderful and the property is beautiful. The only very minor frustration was during breakfast the birds were everywhere a few days we were eating on the deck. It was quite distracting. Even so, I highly recommend this property!

Amazing property. This may have been the nicest resort we’ve ever stayed at - clean facilities, wonderful beach, friendly staff. Felt very premium. Only downsides were the lack of dining choices (there may only be one option at a given time) and how removed it was from shopping (including grocery stores) and other restaurants.

Loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast package and thought the breakfast was great. The other restaurants food left something to be desired for the price, but still good overall. The beach was clean and pristine. We easily booked all our excursions through the hotel and it made payments simple and applied to our room. A perfect getaway

This place is amazing, the breakfast buffet is delicious. We are a gluten free (celiac) family and the gluten free options were not that great (and in one case, not even GF even though it stated it was.) Just be aware if you have food restrictions. But the place is absolutely amazing.

Old and to expensive. Staff at the Pool unfriendly and not helpful !!! Running for sunchairs > just a no go. Never ever would we book again! The staff at the reception and valet parking were absolutely friendly!!!

The service from staff was exceptional. This started at check-in and included housekeeping. The room was also exceptional with a great view and extremely comfortable bed and linen. Truly enjoyed the availability of cold filtered water.

Wonderful Westin Stay
The hotel is beautiful. The whole family enjoyed spending time in the family pool and having the swim beach right there was amazing! The staff were friendly. The restaurants had great variety of delicious food.

Great hotel with close access to Hapuna Beach. All staff were very accommodating. Restaurants on site were excellent. Entire family (children and grandchildren) enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back.

The beach, pools, and views are top notch. I wish there were more beach chairs with umbrellas. I had to reserve my chair early each day (around 7 AM) or else I would lose out. Customer service and employee attitudes could be improved and more welcoming (especially at Piko Coffee Bar. The food situation was dire, as it was very limited. I did not like driving to Waikoloa area each night to get food. The main and most important reason I am giving an average rating is that I had an ant invasion in my room on the sixth night (and a one cockroach on last morning). I know it is Hawaii and the tropic climate is conducive to bugs. However, I have stayed at many Hawaii resorts before and never had any issue with bugs/ants. Pest control should be a top priority. It is worth noting that I had almost no food in my room the whole time (specifically to not attract any bugs, as I read previous reviews of people who stayed there and had bugs in their room). While there was an attempt by my management to make up for the issue, it was not enough for having to move rooms and the experience. Random room service items were brought to me (of which I didn’t touch). I would have preferred money taken off my bill rather than chips, chocolates, and beer being brought to me. Ultimately, I don’t think I would stay here again. For the price I p, I should have had a flawless and stress-free experience. Also, consider adding more lights at night around the outside of the property (pools).
