Hawaii get-away!

This was a great location to use as our base to explore different areas of the island each day. It was also very nice to relax by the pool each evening after our daily adventures and to watch the sunset into the ocean. There is a grocery store, some good restaurants, and a nice coffee shop a few blocks away. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot and Excellent Service

Our family of four (two adults, two teens) LOVED this property! Communication from the beginning was thorough, timely, and friendly. Our host went out of her way to accommodate our check-in, making our vacation smooth and easy right from the beginning. We loved the location of the unit - literally steps from the pool and tennis courts! The pool was big and deep, which can be hard to find in Kona. The tennis courts were very well maintained and the resident professional provided lessons/drills and even found a couple of others for us to play with! A full grocery store and drug store are very close, along with several restaurants, shops (and shave ice!), which was super convenient for last-minute needed items or a meal out. The unit was comfortable, and had everything we needed including ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of pots and pans/dishes/glasswear, and even basic spices. There was extra dishwasher pods, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, so we didn't have to rush out and buy more right away. The unit was very quiet - being on the end we didn't hear neighbors at all, just the chirping of birds and the crashing of waves from the beach just feet from the patio. We hope to visit again soon!

Great pool and location

Great facility. The pool was fantastic and the kids loved it. They enjoyed the tennis courts as well. The apartment itself was fine, however we didn't spend too much time inside.

Great location and spacious condo

Perfect find for a couple or family. We enjoyed the proximity to the snorkel bay, town, and shopping center. Friendly neighbors and visitors on property. Felt very welcome. Whale watching right outside our patio. Communicative property manager. Has everything needed for a memorable HI vacation! Would stay again.

Better Than Expected

My favorite part was the full stock of items (towels, body lotion, kitchen supplies, beach chair, cooler). Home was bigger than expected. A/C in bedrooms upstairs kept sleeping cool and comfortable. Complex is very nice, very safe. Easy check in. Amazing sunset at beach (literally steps away).

Lovely Stay

The property was very comfortable and great location on the micro and macro level. Close (not too close) to pool. We could see the ocean. Close to store and a short drive to beaches and Kona. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with kitchen needs. Neighbors were nice and overall great visit. Highly recommend renting kayaks and paddling to captain cooks monument just a bit south.

Family Vacation

Great place to spend a week on the big island without breaking the bank. No issues at all. We were able to walk to the beach. The sounds of the ocean made it extra nice. If I had to change one thing it would be the need for AC on the 1st floor.

Magnifique coucher de soleil

Bel endroit tranquille, où l'on a pu profiter du coucher du soleil sur la plage de gravier à quelques pas de la maison. Le condo est bien aménagé, toutefois les enfants ont eu très très chaud dans leur chambre, car l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas de façon optimale. Le frigo contenait des bouteilles de vinaigrette, sauces et autres condiments appartenant, sans doute, à d'anciens locataires. Nous avons trouvé cela un peu dégoutant, mais sinon, tout était propre. Le condo est situé non loin des plages, restaurants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Great property/Great Location

This was a perfect property for us! Our family of four wanted to drive all over the island seeing as many different beaches, parks, golf courses, and other attractions as possible. This was a great home base. The townhouse was clean, safe, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and pool noodles while snorkeling. The air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms worked great and made it very comfortable to sleep. It did get warm downstairs writing the day but who’s home them? It’s Hawaii! The beach nearby was great to go out and have coffee in the mornings. Great place to stay!

Beautiful location, great amenities

The location is a little further south of Kona than we had previously stayed which turned out to be quite the bonus. There are two walkable beaches, one literally next door. The facility was lovely and the pool was much appreciated. The unit was clean and had everything we needed and the sunset views from the back deck were epic. 10/10, would recommend.

Lovely place, great location

The great: fabulous location, easy check in. Good towels, soft beds, functioning kitchen and w/d a huge benefit. The meh: the sheets were scented (dryer sheets?), the second bedroom has an a/c that is so loud it requires earplugs. I'm very happy with our stay at this location!

Great Condo - Awesome Location - Above & Beyond Support

The condo was perfect for our Family of 4. Not fancy, but well stocked and very functional with a comfortable & homey feel. Location is top notch! Upscale local shopping center a block away. 1 min walk to beautiful private beach, Lanai w/ocean views & 15 min to downtown Kona. 2 steps is about 25 min, perfect to be in the water by 7:15am for a nice morning free dive with the dolphins! (Yes we got lucky and they played with us for 20 min, on my son’s very first free dive!). Chris our local contact/support is a true badass lady in the best way! We had issues with the WiFi and she was there installing a new modem within 2 hours. Had a slow drain upstairs bathroom; Chris had plumbers there and fixed in under 2 hours. Thank You!! We had an amazing time and look forward to our next visit!
