It was a fantastic stay. House was perfect for our group of 13- including 2 babies, 3 children, moms and dads, grandpa and grandma. Beach was maybe 30 steps from house. Everything sort of play toy you could want for beach.

Stunningly beautiful property! Oodles of games and toys and sports gear for our family. Private entrance to beach without having to cross any streets which was brilliant for young grandkids. Immaculately clean. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Excellent and attentive communication with host.Nothing but highest praise.

Beautiful house right in the beach, great welcome package. They really take care of their guests in more ways than you can think. The kids only complaint was the pictures show a glass bottom canoe they were excited to try and it's not at the property. Not a big deal as there was a ton of other stuff to do for all ages.

It's always hard to find homes that will comfortably accommodate 19 people - this home was perfect and then some. From all of the amenities, welcome basket, extra linens and roll a way beds and the stocked garage with all of the beach "toys" provided to the ambiance of the home. We loved it and can't wait vacation again.

The location house is great. The house itself is so much more than what the pictures showed. We had 20 people, kids and adults. Such a good family time. If you need something, it will happen within a couple of hours. We loved it!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the home, beach and pool. To say the house is well stocked is an understatement. From more towels than you can imagine, bathroom amenities, bathrobes and slippers, fully stocked kitchen ( even included individual packets of condiments ), everything you need for the beach and much more. Having the lifeguard stand close by is a benefit , especially if you have children. Al is readily available and sends emails with all the instructions for checkin and checkout. When checking out you pack up and leave- no stripping beds, etc. We have never had that experience before. All in all, we would highly recommend this home. I would only recommend new photos of the living room area as the furniture and area rug are not what is in the online photo. The couch now is much roomier. Our family of 17 (3 generations) was very comfortable staying at Lux Palace. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone and the great room and dining area had enough seating for our large group. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything we needed for meal preparations. The ping pong table, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, water toys … the list of extras goes on and on of all the extras provided to make your stay most enjoyable! We have stayed in many beach houses over the past 20 years and have never had so many perks included - paper products, coffee, tea, spices, robes & slippers, toiletries and laundry and dishwasher supplies. The quick walk to the beach and the comfort of having a life guard was great with our 9 grandchildren. The only drawback was the size of the pool/hot tub but it was still enjoyed by our family. Beach Houses in Paradise and Al Roberts went above and beyond to make our vacation one of the best ever!

Great place for a family vacation. All kinds of toys for everyone to play with. Plenty of space to find quiet time and be alone but yet not isolated. Only issue was the rip tide warning for several of the days preventing use of the ocean but that was weather related and not the house. Loved the trail from house to ocean. Even though a large building was on one side and public access to the beach on the other, with the vegetation and the way the home was situated, it was very calm and had the appearance of being by your selves. From the house you could only see the heads of a few people who were enjoying the beach when they were standing. Good ambiance.

We (3 famlies) spent our spring break at the Oceania to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. The house offered a perfect retreat for our celebration. Loved being able to walk to the beach. The hot tub was perfect for chilly nights. The house was absolutely amazing. There was lots of room, very clean, kitchen great for cooking. Best of all, they had a plethora of supplies for cooking, condiments, coffee, and even shower supplies! Kids loved the bikes and boogie boards. I couldn't say enough of what a wonderful stay we had at the Oceania on Jensen Beach.

House is super well stocked. Beach view is great from inside the house. It is a wonderful space for a family gathering. Only negative for us was that we had high winds in February and could not get in the water due to rip tides. We ended up playing a lot of board games and connected more as a family though than we would have if we were on the beach more.

What a welcome! The lights were on and music was softly playing as we entered the home! The attention to detail was amazing! A welcome basket filled with gifts, bathrooms with baskets of essentials, an extremely well-stocked kitchen, and every imaginable sand toy/beach activity you could dream of! All we needed to concern ourselves with was grocery shopping for our family of 18! The oversized hot tub was a delight especially since the beginning of our week was cooler. The beach is only steps away from the house and our days were spent there with lots of swimming, sandcastle building and shelling. Our lunches were eaten in the outdoor seating area, and dinners were cooked in the lovely kitchen! One evening meal was eaten at Conchy Joes, a couple minutes drive away—great food, and balloon art provided for each of our 10 grandchildren! There are condominiums on either side of the home, but it feels secluded and private. If you have any questions or concerns, Al is just a phone call away. Our family had a wonderful time together at this awesome home!

The property was fully stocked with everything you basically needed, pack and play & baby supplies. The kitchen was fully stocked. Kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, beach games etc. The beach is a public beach so it can get crowded at times. Overall the property was great.
