Very nice property, nice decorations, nice view and very clean. The condo was convenient to the beach, walking trail and restaurants. It was a very easy to drive to downtown (about 10 minutes). Owner left us good information regarding the condo, the things to do on the island and restaurants on Amelia Island. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner.

“Ocean views, sunrises, and anniversary bliss—Amelia Island was perfect!”

B138 is a lovely condo! The view is beautiful one can enjoy every moment of their stay here looking at the ocean. You can see the sunrise from the balcony and also enjoy the ocean view while making a cup of coffee or cooking in the kitchen. Condo is steps from the pool and the beach. The bed was comfortable. The condo was exceptionally clean. Every convenience item is provided including beach towels, hand soaps, shower items, dish soap, counter spray, etcThe "condo binder" is fantastic a wealth of information about the condo and the island. Explanation of how to use the TV remotes gotta love that! Just a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, coffee shop.We highly recommend this unit for a delightful beach week! Communication with Jenny & Matt was excellent easy check-in!

Birthday week

This was the perfect place to enjoy and celebrate my birthday with my husband. The condo was perfect. Decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was near grocery, restaurants. Steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from living room and bedroom was gorgeous. We come to Amelia Island every February and will definitely return to this condo. I’m already planning a girls weekend for me & my bestie in a few months.

Perfect for a couples get away

We have stayed at many locations on the island, and this is among the top ones. The access to the beach is great. We like the location for the easy access to groceries, running/biking paths, Amelia racquet club, and the quiet neighborhoods that surround. This unit had all the amenities to make yourself comfortable and a beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

My husband and I found our host to be extremely well organized with the information concerning the property and Fernandina Beach. The binder in the condo was not just well organized but informative as well. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We would certainly recommend this property to other couples.

Perfect Getaway

Updated beachfront condo perfect for a couples getaway or small family. Spectacular views from all areas of the condo in and out. Nicely updated decor too. Quiet location with a nice walking path with lots of greenery. Enjoyed our stay!
